He listened to the customer, paid attention to detail, followed through, and made sure his communications were clear and timely. You need to figure out how to clone him! My only wish is that Bob Howard Toyota could have found a way to address the paint peeling issue on my Highlander based on the extended warranty that was issued by Toyota for select models due to adhesion issues. Oh well? Guess I?ll be having to visit our friends at Color-Tech again! Excellent job Brett and I hope you continue to flourish in your career path!

Our sales lady was very helpful and polite. Really enjoyed working with her. They only had one FOB and there were no manuals with the 2024 Toyota we purchased. Wish they would have went over some of the items with us. The finance department man was very nice as well even though it seemed to take longer than expected since we did not finance the vehicle. Also they make you purchase their service package for over $1,000, was not to happy with that. Overall the experience was pretty good, other than taking 4 hours.
