Ty Griffith was my sales person and he kept me informed during the search for my wishlist of a 2-3 year old SUV. He seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicle the dealership found for me even though it was not the brand sold new at Dan Hecht. The buying experience was very good considering the dealership was undergoing construction at the time. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly!
John Coari in the service department helped me to find and purchase four new tires for our 2013 Ford Focus that we had purchased a while back at your dealership in Charleston. John is the best! Keep him. Don't let him get away! John is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered all of my questions happily. I did not feel rushed. Clayton in the service department is always nice and very helpful too. Thanks for a great transaction! Sara

Great vehicle. All great features. Many features, I was not aware of until they just appear. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle.
Pat Renfro, Ali Young, and Mitchell Scott are an extremely great asset to KC Summers Nissan. As a Team , Pat and Ali not only went the extra mile to find the vehicle we were looking for, and in a very short timeframe, but also gave extra time after hours and on a day off to ensure finding us the car we were searching for.
Ali and Mitchell spent time to go over every detail regarding paperwork and warranties, and in setting up the technology package and walking us through the steps to use it. The previous Nissan dealer in Champaign did not deliver this personal service or seem to want to spend the time.
Kudos all the way around to KC Summers Nissan...we will certainly be sure to let our friends and family know where to shop for quality service.
Thank you!

We have owned Toyota's for 39 years and loved them all. Still have a 1988 Toyota 4x4 with over 310,000 miles. Looks and drives great. This Avalon is great, love it just like I did my 1986 Cressida wagon. Would recommend to anyone.
They were helpful and followed up. I only had e-mail and phone contact with them, but it was positive. I intended to visit that area but purchased a truck prior to doing so.

Everyone in the family is tall and this car has front and rear legroom that you find in very few cars. I wanted to avoid vans and SUV’s so I spent a long time looking for the right Avalon. This model was downsized after 2012 which is very disappointing.
They found everything that was wrong with my vehicle and worked with me about the repairs

Love driving our Toyota; gets about 29 mpg. city and feels very safe with the "warning beeps" if a car is coming up alongside you or is too close. when backing up. Legroom is ample front and back. Heated front driver & passenger seats are amazing. Back up camera has me spoiled. Everyone who drives this car tells me how much they love it.
