I got a call around 1pm today asking me to bring my 2016 Corolla in for a recall repair. I was a little worried, but Bob Martin in the service department made the process quick and easy for me. I was able to drop my car off around 330, and it was ready for pickup by 540.
Took my 2014 Tundra to get 55,000 mile service. The servce was accomplished in an hour. The service manager Mozie Alcorn did a super job as always to ensure the service was performed in a timely and effective way. I will continue my service appointments with this great dealership. Thank you!
I got the best service at the Toyota of Escondido. My service advisor, Antonio Santos, was extremely exceptional. Antonio Santos went above and beyond to make my visit easy. I received an oil change, got a car inspection, brake inspection, and I even got my car wash. Very quick service. Thank you, Antonio! This was 11/10 service and I will be sure to go back for my next visit. He is a phenomenal employee that deserves all the best.

We purchased a new Rav 4 three weeks ago. The actual process went smoothly and everyone involved was kind and accommodating. Along with the car, we purchased a roof rack that needed to be installed. The dealership assured us that we'd be getting a call within a week or two so we could get the crossbars put on our new vehicle as soon as possible. After three weeks went by, I called the service department and was surprised to learn that they had no record of our roof rack purchase! The paperwork had never been given to them. This was EXTREMELY frustrating. Also, one day after purchasing our Rav4, I noticed the car drifting over to the right when I let go of the steering wheel. Sure enough...the alignment was off. In a brand new $30,000 car with only 70 total miles on it? Ridiculous! To top things off, we never received the extended warranty package in the mail that was promised within the first week. People are nice at this dealership but we feel as though the ball had been dropped numerous times with our new car purchase. After the roof rack gets installed and the alignment gets fixed, we will, most likely, be taking out Toyota else where to be serviced. Not too satisfied with our car-buying experience, unfortunately.
We live over 1000 miles from Geimam Motors,i found a used car online and called Carl from Geiman to help my 84 year old sister-in-law get the car,they took the time to take the car to her,about 15 miles, to she if she liked it,she did.they took the time to handle the paper work,and took her to the bank to complete the transacttion. I worked with Art and he was very helpful. I used the online appointment maker but didn’t get a confirmation email, so I called and he got me my original appointment time. I arrived early and they immediately could take my car. Fairly quick wait time in the lounge- comfy chairs and a tv and coffee! What I also really liked is that there wasn’t a ‘hard-sell’ of things my car needed. Options were given but I felt zero pressure. Painless process- I’ll definitely be back.

The overall team and experience was good, don't get my wrong, yet I was surprised not to see our vehicle simply washed after a $1700 repair!
We take our other Toyota to another local dealership for a simple 5,000 mile $57 yes $57 service and it's always washed. My advise. Make your customer happy by washing the vehicle. This final 'touch' of appreciation goes a long ways.
