We did have to inconveniently come back a couple times for paperwork but as long as they kept us in good communication, which they did, everything was fine. Pasha sold us the car and Zack helped us finance it. They were both great.

Went in for an oil change and free multi point inspection. I received the inspection report at the end and everything checked out. However, I know for a fact that I came in with my windshield washer fluid light on and it came back on while I was on the road. Their report said that all fluids (including the washer fluid) level was good. If they made this up, not sure what else they made up on the report.
My husband and I went to Toyota dealership which located in Fremont last night. We met Neim when we arrived, he???s a really nice person. Neim and his coworker are friendly and patient, we got the right truck which we want and also the good service. I really appreciate of the team and Neim. I???ll recommend this place.

Just happen to come across this location and I found it to be one of the best in the East Bay. Walked on to the lot and was greeted by Z. He was happy to show us what we where looking for and then stepped away and waited for us to ask our questions. It's nice when a dealership and sales person knows that the car sells itself. Buying a used car when you know exactly what you want can be daunting if folks do not communicate. Eli and Max at Towne Mazda are great. You always know where you stand and all the specs on the vehicle you think you might want to buy. They understand the subjective tense in the buying process. Very helpful. I did buy a car and think it proved to be a good deal and experience for both sides. Definitely would recommend them.
Good selection of cars. . I called and asked for a particular car. Salesman said there was one in my price range. He took my information, texted and called me several times to set up an appointment. When I got to the sales lot, he said it was sold. Could he not have called me to tell me that. Almost walked away when sales man said "Let's not waste each others time when discussing price of a particular car.

I was in the process of buying a car and reached out to this place for an emergency car. I did have the option of buying a car and currently negotiating on an toyota corolla, the negotiation process is tedious and time consuming. I'm hoping to have a car by end of the week.
Adam Raines was a friendly and knowledgeable sales person. He helped me learn about the car I was interested and wasn't pushy. All of my special requests were fulfilled without any issues. Overall I had great experience and felt that I got a fair price.
