Our company Tacoma was unexpectedly totalled in a very unique situation. We are a Toyota family, and have used all of the local dealerships, but Stapp is the best so we called them for help. They facilitated taking care of the old one with insurance, and got us a GREAT deal on a new one. I was so impressed with the service and the quality of the new vehicle that we then traded in my wife’s 4Runner for a new one too! A special shout out to Jeff, Cory, and Samantha who were all instrumental in helping us with a very unique situation. The other Toyota dealerships are “fine.” Stapp is GREAT—the people, the service, the knowledge, the selection, the pricing…. We are a loyal, 3 Toyota family, and they have our business!!!

When I first purchased my car from Stapp Interstate Toyota, I knew from the first phone call and communication that I found my dealership that I can trust and would provide the customer service and integrity I have been searching for for the past 2 years. Recently I had my first scheduled service for this vehicle and from the time setting up the appointment and the knowledge they had of the history and including my warranty made this scheduled service very easy and on time promise in which I was excited about enjoying the rest of my day. The tech explained what they done and what would be needed immediately and what could wait until the next service. No pressure!! No up charging or trying to sell me anything not needed!! Brought my tundra in for a recall software update. They did a great job and kept me informed. The automatic check in and appointment software the use kind of glitches. But no harm done I will return.

Very good sales experience with sales rep Jim Gallegos at Mountain States Toyota. He reserved a Corolla for me and kept me informed by phone as to when the new Corollas were arriving. I got a decent discount off MSRP. He also pointed out the features of the new Corolla engine design, was helpful on the test drives, and explained the digital display operation. Mountain States Toyota was the only dealer I visited in the north Denver/Boulder/Longmont Colorado area that does not charge the high "documentation fee," so you are able to simply negoatiate a fair percentage discount off the Toyota MSRP on the window sticker (which includes the mandatory Toyota destination charge). I also appreciated the fact that the only add-on charge was for a set of good quality Toyota floor mats and trunk liner that came directly from Toyota already in the car. They offered other items for the car and a Toyota extended warranty, but there was no pressure to get them (and I declined, though I can get the warranty later). Some other Toyota dealerships order the cars with more expensive add-on items installed, that you may not want. I also got a welcome text from the general manager after my first visit asking if needed any assistance with selecting a car. So overall a very good experience with sales rep Jim Gallegos and Mountain States Toyota.

We just purchased a car at Mountain States Toyota and are extremely impressed with transparent, straightforward experience. They have an extensive inventory and the salesperson, Hunter, is an asset to the dealership. Hunter's customer service was the main reason we bought a car here. His knowledge is amazing and either he answered our questions or researched them and followed up. Just a great experience!

It was a smooth and straightforward transaction with sales rep, Shaun Benipayo. He’s genuine, warm, and very easy to work with. He was accommodating throughout the process and demonstrated strong knowledge of the product. He answered every question clearly and made sure we felt informed and confident. He also took the time to show us different options, which we really appreciated. Nick Kramer gave us time to think of what plan we would get without pressuring us or whatsoever and . Overall, a great experience.
