J Weiss has always been professional and willing to listen. This was kind of an emergency because I knew that the engine was not operating correctly. He got my car checked in and sent me updates as they occurred. I was able to pick up my car before the end of the second day that my car was at the dealership.

Thank you so much for wonderful service with the purchase of my new 4Runner! It’s perfect- everything I asked for and then some. Arvin Mercado handled every single detail with a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge. It was an easy process from start to finish. Definitely ask for Arvin if you are calling ahead to schedule an appointment to see their inventory or if you just show up and want to make sure you’re in good hands! He’s great!

I submitted a negative review last week after a 5-week ordeal with a new car, but Autonation worked with me to resolve the issue via service and make up for it in other ways, which I appreciated. I don't see any way to edit my previous review so I am submitting this new one.
