Before stepping inside Victory Midtown, I was skeptical of the sales tactics I would encounter at an inner-city dealership. Instead, I was surprised and delighted to encounter transparency, no pressure, no nonsense, and no hidden fees. The service group was very friendly and communicated well. The big issue I have is pricing for simple replacement parts. $345 for 4 spark plugs- the plugs cost me $32 and took less than an hour to replace them. $102 for a cabin filter, cost was $8 and it took 6 min to replace it.
