I started looking for a new car (because my step-daughter was inheriting my vehicle) in the winter of 2016. It took me until July of 2017 to find a car I adored and a dealership I trusted. Ironically, I traveled all over NC and SC to find a car, and ended up buying from a dealership less than 5 miles from my house. My salesman was Allen. Allen was professional and courteous. When my wife emailed him about the vehicle (she saw it online), he responded to her email immediately. He was honest and forthcoming, and I appreciated that. He was knowledgeable about the car during the test drive, and answered all my questions and then some. He worked with me negotiating the price, and afterward, he helped me schedule the paperwork in advance because I was planning on heading out of town for the weekend. Even though he had sold multiple vehicles that day, he made me feel special and important. Every question I had, he had a response that assured me everything would be OK. Not to mention, within the first week of having the car, I found a small (the size of a grain of rice) piece of paint missing from the driver's side door, and Allen told me I could bring it in and have it repaired, free of charge. And that is precisely what happened. When I texted, he texted back; when I called, he answered. He was truly amazing. Mr. Joseph really helped me understand the financing portion of the purchase - even though I was paying cash, he simplified the process and broke it down so I could understand it. He even helped me purchase a service package, and explained the benefits. His efforts saved me a ton of stress and even more money in servicing visits over the years. He was great! Overall, this visit was so easy and stress-free. I would certainly recommend this dealership! A+ all the way!
