Will never go anywhere else. I’ve had it with “bait and switch” at new car dealerships, where you go into a shop and all the cars are at least $10k more than advertised and still have hidden fees. Only CarMax offers full refunds for like 10 days after purchase. Jon Kay and Cua Thow provided great customer service for me at the Carmel store. I regret that I didn’t get the salesman’s name at Greenwood store (I remember he said he was an EMT). He was also fantastic and helped me find the truck in Carmel that I wanted. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It is hard to believe that you can get such great service from people not working for commission. My new truck has less than $6k miles, looks brand new and was a fair reasonable price.
2023 Toyota GR86 review
This is my 2nd Toyota 86 with my last one being a 2017 GT86. The new and totally improved 23GR86 is far beyond what I thought this car would ever be. This car is amazing for the price and if you truly love the feel of a sports car this is the one to buy! When searching, I knew that the FA motor was a good one but def had it's weaknesses that needed attn asap! I drove my car the way it was supposed to bbe driven and put 130k miles on it before trading it in on the new 2023. I had zero issues but also over service assuring that I ALWAYS had the best fluids in my car. I never even replaced my clutch just tires. The new 2023 GR86 is so much nicer then I expected it to be, it's an enthusiast car and now with the 2.4 mototr it has more then enough power to push you through the tightest of corners. It hadles like a dream and while it has a stiffer suspension then most like, you'll def appreciate when hitting the back roads with twists and turns. I drove the Supra to compare and disliked it in so many ways and all it is is a BMW. I'm 6'0 tall with long legs and have all kinds of room to stretch out. My shoulders are wide and fit perfect, it's not lacking in comfort at all with this year having heated seats in the premium. The headlights are badass and follow you around ever corner. The only thing I'm missing is fog lamps and there is no where to mount them. There is also no kits to install a aftermarket stereo and that really sucks. I have $7k in stereo and need a mount or it won't work. Other then that, if your on the fence, go test ride it! I have the manual 6 speed and it is amazing! The automatic has the paddle shifters and they work well but being such a sports car enthusiast, I only purchase manual cars. They start at under $29k and go up to $25k for a fully loaded automatic. I can promise you that it is worth every penny and the test ride will lock you in. DO NOT PAY OVER MSRP, there is dealers out there that aren't being greedy. Also PPF the whole front of the car or you'll have chips everywhere. It is the best investment and will make your car look amazing if done right.

2024 Toyota GR86 review
Most fun you can have in an affordable two door sports car. It corners and brakes like a go-cart. Acceleration is better than I expected and running through the gears (manual trans) is exhilarating. Fun, joy are words that come to mind. Always puts a smile on my face.

10 Stars to Sales Joyce Bitaraes! She was amazing. Detail oriented and very attentive-despite being there on a busy holiday weekend she was always checking in with me! The negotiation process is never pleasant when buying a car but despite that, Joyce was on our side and made sure I was listened to and taken care of. She was an excellent customer advocate! Joyce has been awesome at follow through with things promised to be done on the vehicle and made sure my vehicle was delivered safe and complete! Her continued communication has been comforting. I also want to give a shout-out to Todd Parks in finance. Not only professional but personable. He made sure I understood everything and my questions were answered, even clarified items his upline Frank tried to explain. A thank you to Nic who delivered my vehicle 3hrs from the dealership safe and took the time to go over the vehicle and answer my questions! I gave overall 4 stars because of the dealership's process of negotiating and some impersonal interaction with the leadership team. The first sales manager Erick came across as detached, did not come across as caring and I did not feel heard. I felt uncomfortable talking with him and it felt as if I was an inconvenience to him. After further negotiations a second sales manager Kagan sat with us. I did appreciate Kagan 's attention, and he did a good job keeping the deal to benefit the dealer. I felt the actual price of the used vehicle was over-priced, however he did remove other line items to help make the bottom line better. Despite the hard line in the sand, he sat patiently with me. Finance Frank was all about business, in and out and selling that "extended" warranty. He made some demeaning remarks while reviewing my loan terms. After 7 hours, I have a new to me vehicle. Thank you to those who were patient with me! Especially to Joyce!
