I recently sold my beloved Camaro in order to buy a 2023 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium, and I couldn’t be happier. Andrea, our saleswoman, was simply amazing. She was so down to earth and ✨easy✨ to talk to! I genuinely looked forward to every visit. Andrea made the entire process feel effortless and, honestly, SO fun. 🤗🤗 Just like most people, I usually despise the car-buying process, but this experience was COMPLETELY different. Andrea made it incredibly enjoyable from start to finish. The 4Runner is pristine, and Andrea went above and beyond: she made sure the gas tank was FULL when we drove it off the lot. Small talk and kind gestures speak volumes to me. When you decide you want to go to Wyatt Johnson, don’t be silly and let the front desk choose a salesperson for you! Ask for Andrea!!! You will literally want to hang out with her after! You will have to have a mini mirror session where you look yourself directly in the eyes and talk yourself out of texting her to ask if you can go to her Halloween party 🤣. That’s how I know I was treated right, not tricked (see what I did there🫣😂) Wyatt Johnson management if you are reading this, give that girl a raise!!! She DESERVES it!!! She is really doing the most, in the best way possible! P.S. My wife and I did our research knowing what would be a good price point for the vehicle that we wanted. Surprisingly, CarMax was offering the vehicle below what other dealers were advertising. We went to the Maple Shade dealership test drove a few cars with Erin. She was awesome and answered all of our questions. No hard sell at all and loved the thought that there were no doc or other hidden fees. Sticker price plus tax and NJMV fees. That's it. We noticed that a vehicle in Maine had low miles and was in the color we wanted. Paid the low transfer fee and it arrived in less than two weeks. We met with Mathew, who was covering for Erin, shown the car, took a test drive and "kicked the tires". I told him that we wanted to buy it and Carmax came in at a lower rate than our Credit Union. It took less than 2 hours from entering the dealership to driving off with the car. And did I say no doc or hidden fees.
