The minute I walked in there was a salesman named Mateo who was ready to sell me a car. I had been to several dealerships and was blatantly ignored. Not here! I was given the best options to make my decision. I will never buy anything other than a Honda from Martin Honda, of course.

Great 3-row hybrid. Very reliable. Very comfortable. Lots of cargo space, especially with the third row seat down. Put down the second row and cargo space is enormous. Good gas mileage for a 6-cylinder. Nice pick-up for an SUV. Would definitely buy another Highlander

Overall a good reliable 3-row SUV, with a comfortable ride, decent trip mileage, and good acceleration (good power train. Negatives are a poorly designed A/C condensor (Rocks kicked up will punture it releasing all the coolant) and very high wind noise at freeway speeds (hard to talk, radio has to be turned up very high).

I really liked Honda I chose. car was incredibly clean and exactly what I was looking for. Finance process was quick easy and honestly smoothest experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I definitely recommend them to everyone

I have a platinum model and I could not be happier. Love the body style and the interior is absolutely gorgeous. Rides smooth as glass, has great pickup(V6) and great mpg!

We purchased a 2021 Toyota Highlander Limited in April of 2021. We absolutely love this car! The convenience features and comfort are the best we have experienced, and the interior design and quality is the best in the class. The upgraded 12.3" screen is worth the extra money, as the text is clear and precise, and the surround view monitor is incredibly useful for parking in tight spaces. We have friends with a comparable Explorer Limited, and the interior quality is far below that of our Highlander, and the ride quality with the 4-cylinder is jerky and noisy. However, even though we have had no mechanical issues, we have had issues with wind noise and a leaking AC unit into the car, both of which were fixed by the dealer for free due to warranty. Other than those minor hiccups, we love our Highlander!

Nate at Claremont Mazda was amazing, I needed a part replaced on my car along with service and he made it seamless! From having the opportunity to let me take a loaner so I could still continue on with life and work without out any complications was great and stress free. Staff like Nate and I have to also say Mindy as she has been helpful since the day I bought my car which I love!! Anyhow if you are looking for a new car with amazing staff that will help you along your journey wherever life takes you these 2 people at this dealership will keep your experience positive and stress free!! I got a used Highlander from IDEAL half an year ago, it fits its description as a family utility vehicle. Especially when starting and driving at low speed, the electric drive is very fast, no sound, has a big difference from the traditional gasoline car. When the speed is over more than 80, it has a big noise, rapid acceleration of the engine vomit roar, mixed common disease, comfort level is general. Driving downtown really saves fuel. Especially the traffic jams, not to mention the highway, which is better for downtown. It would be nice if most pure urban transportation had a need for space. If there is a plug-in hybrid version worth recommending.

I helped a friend purchase a used vehicle from Oakes Kia. She doesn't do much online, but I wanted to make sure to put a SHOUT OUT to Stacey! She was upfront, fun, asked my friend many questions to make sure she had found the right car and most of all, wanted her to feel good about her purchase when she drove off! Apparently, they aren't paid on commission, but online reviews help their pay. To each his own, but why should anyone ask a customer to reward them for doing their job? Even if you don't know STACEY, ask for her! She's upfront, honest, funny and doesn't push you. I recommend Oakes Kia, but more than anything I RECOMMEND STACEY. I just had the best experience in the service department that I’ve had in ten years. Harrison was the best, kindest, most wonderful Service Manager I’ve ever had, and I’ll be requesting him from now on. My technician Taylor also went above and beyond to fix something that has been broken on my car for years, without being asked. I actually cried. Thank you both for taking such great care of me and my car. With service like that, I won’t be going anywhere else, and strongly recommend them to anyone.
