Rick Hendrick Chevrolet of Buford review
It is so rare to find that perfect balance of professional expertise and true human kindness, but Allison nails it. She has earned my trust completely, and I won’t take my vehicle to anyone else. If you want a stress-free experience with someone you can actually trust, do yourself a huge favor and ask for Allison!
2019 Toyota Highlander review
Only own Toyota’s never a problem, runs and drive perfectly only selling as we are retiring and only need one car, so the Highlander is up for sale. Professionally lifted with Helo wheels and large BF Goodrich tires also professionally tinted windows.

I would definitely recommend the Service Department. I have brought my car here for service since 2018. Alex has been my service advisor for all four years. He is wonderful.
2022 Toyota Highlander review
I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander platinum hybrid, 2022. I’ve owned Mercedes and a whole bunch of other cars but the noise from this literally hurts my ears. Really sucks because I wanted to keep this car forever but now I wanna get rid of it because the low bassy vibration is absolutely terrible. I have seen some people talking about a foot to radiator seal, hoping that might help. I want to fix this but its some serious xxxxxxxx. I like bass but this suckd toyota… 😢

2021 Toyota Highlander review
We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

2017 Toyota Highlander review
I've always loved the look and feel of a Toyota Highlander. But I never thought I could afford one. I found my Highlander at Alton Toyota, Alton, Il. and fell in love. I asked about the price and I couldn't believe it was right in my price range. I test drove it and it was love at first drive. Everyone from the Sales-person, finance and even the Technicians. were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. They even went above and beyond making sure I got the best loan that fit me. I love my highlander and just got back from Myrtle Beach SC, driving round trip. It is so fun to drive and all the room is unbelievable. I highly recommend both the highlander and Alton Toyota dealership!

They made buying the vehicle easy. They found me just wanted with only the options I wanted, with no pressure to compromise and buy something already on the lot. I negotiated a very fair price with them, including the allowance for my trade in. Friendly and great communication throughout the entire process.
2026 Toyota Highlander review
The Highlander Platinum is the best vehicle in its class. The ride is exceptional. The driver's seat is multi-adjustable. Very easy to sit the way you want. Great storage in the front cabin space. Great storage behind the second row seat. Exterior paint(pearl white) is above its class. MPG in the Hybrid model is fantastic. This is my 10th Highlander.

Beaver Mazda review
Cody Little & Dylan Nesbit are the reason I love scheduling a service appointment - when have you ever heard that about going to a dealership lol! They make you feel like family & go above & beyond to do everything in their power to take care of you - Cody literally working on my trim piece himself & fixed my clip that popped out of place, he could've chosen to charge me for that & my drive belt tensioner, but did it HIMSELF! They deserve a raise for so many reasons from being outstanding people to their process - kept me informed the whole way & spoke to me plainly in terms I can understand. If you're looking for transparency, a smile, or to alleviate your stress searching for a dealership you can look forward to trusting, Beaver Mazda is the way to go - great job!!! BEAUTIFUL dealership, as well - so accommodating & SO many options for new or pre-owned cars, Zoom Zoom:)

2023 Toyota Highlander review
I waited months, purposely, before writing this review. When I initially bought the car, I was scared because the reviews made it seem as if I made the worst mistake of my life. 6 months, 7000 miles later, the car running great. In the beginning, there was the weird shifting and lag but as time went on, around 5000 miles it had mostly smoothed out. After I took it for the TSB/Recall for a software update, it has been running perfectly since, no lag or strange shifting at all. I haven’t had any trouble otherwise. It’s roomy and comfortable for long trips. The third row is really for short trips(no more than 1hr 1/2) and for people 5’8 and under. The MPG excels on the highway especially on ECO mode with cruise control. I’ve gotten it as high as 33/34 mpg at 70mph on relatively flat land. In the city, it does terrible. I average around 17-19 even with slowly accelerations. My DTE is 290-310miles, 95% City driving. I’m sure those who use it on the highway will reach much higher. Despite the new 4 Cylinder Turbo, it has quite a bit of power and was able to take off very fast with a car loaded with adults (even in the third row). As of right now, the engine has been nothing but reliable. If anything changes, I’ll surely come back and edit this review. But for now, this 23 Highlander Limited Non-Hybrid, is a fantastic mid-size SUV and I recommend it now with the software update taking care of the shifting problem.

Went in with price and vehicle in mind and the dealership was willing to negotiate to get me into the vehicle we wanted. Would recommend Benni to anyone. Great service.
2023 Toyota Highlander review
We own a 2.4 Turbo XSE, has plenty of power to get you in and out of traffic. Just took a 10 hour road trip from NC through the mountains of VA & WV, performed like a champ up steep inclines and ride was very comfortable. We really like the captain chairs, easy to get passengers (inlaws) in and out. Had plenty of room for a wheelchair with 3rd row folded down. Really like the sporty look of Highlander. The 20" black rims compliment the look for me. I wish Toyota would've designed with dual exhaust to better enhance the design.

2022 Toyota Highlander review
I bought my 2022 Highlander SE in November 2021 when selections were limited. It was not my first pick after researching and not my preferred color. I financed outside of Toyota and received a much better interest rate and my credit union said I was paying more than a reasonable price. But I was desperate and needed to new vehicle. I will see if the resale value keeps up with current value. So far it has performed well with a slight exception for the all wheel disk brakes. Sometimes I hear noises from the rear when backing out of my driveway when applying brake pressure. Also braking while driving seems a little soft and squirrelly. Just doesn’t feel quite right. The technology options are too numerous to mention and still learning but love the blind spot notification features. Fuel mileage is good compared to my V8 but performance is lacking even with sport drive feature selected. And in reference to one of the other reviews, the console storage is deep but too narrow. Overall I am enjoying my Highlander very much. I haven’t made a road trip in it yet so we will see. I can say it is a great family vehicle for short trips around town where a lot of start stops occur.

Bought a 2025 CX90 off CarGuru and everything went very smoothly. Good price and easy to deal with. No pressure quick response. Highly recommend

Beaver Toyota Cumming review
A couple of weeks ago I bought a used 2011 Toyota RAV4 Sport. My sales lady, Joyce, was very communicative and prompt to send me information about the vehicle prior to me coming to take a look at it. She was very well mannered, chill, and friendly. I was not going to buy the Rav4 at the listing price, and I wish I had tried to work the price down a little lower, but I am mostly satisfied with the price I paid and the condition of the vehicle. One neat thing is the Beaver Benefits package. Since my vehicle was sold as-is, it didn't come with every Beaver Benefit on the brochure, but it came with several that might come in handy. But I live in Athens GA, so Beaver Toyota of Cumming is a bit of a drive for me. Nonetheless, I might be able to take advantage of a few of the benefits over time.

2018 Toyota Highlander review
The transmission failed at 112,000 miles and it costs me $8500 to repair. I expect Toyota Highlander transmission would last at least 200,000 miles but I found out that the transmission is not made in Japan like my old Highlander, but it was made in the USA. People who buy Toyota expect major components such as engine, transmission, are made in Japan with zero defects, but when major components are made in the USA, quality suffers.

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

This is the best car I have ever had. Besides regular maintenance I have not had to have anything done. One recall and that was just a minor thing on the bumper bracket. Great mileage. I have used it to move a queen size mattress, a door, dressers, among other things. Highly recommend this car

CarMax Norcross review
I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.

My 2021 highlander L I paid $27k @ 44k miles ih for it after 2 years taking it through ell & adding 50k miles (92k miles currently) im impressed by its 300 hp 3.4L engine but learned how important changing all fluild begor it starts to making noise and problems. I think as long as you change all fluids at by or before 90 k miles as milage it will continue to goFor 300,000 miles crossed finger . The dealer offered me 19k to trade in at this stage. Toyota value unmatched. I want the new twin turbo 3.5 they just added

2021 Toyota Highlander review
My mother recently rented this car for a family vacation to West Virginia and it was amazing! Excellent mileage for an SUV its size. Great performance. Tons of safety features (which is a VERY GOOD thing). Beautiful acceleration. The only problem we had was with the fact that the car will adjust the speed depending on the cars around it (or something like that), but it only happened when cruise control was on. It was overall a very nice car and we are actually planning on purchasing one soon.

I had a great experience working with Andres at AutoNation Toyota Mall of Georgia. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on finding the right vehicle for me, not just making a sale. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and Andres followed up to make sure everything was perfect. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you, Andres!
2026 Toyota Highlander review
The 2026 Toyota Highlander is a solid contender in the midsize SUV market, offering a blend of comfort, practicality and modern features. Its standout qualities include a smooth ride, a spacious cabin for up to eight passengers and a suite of advanced safety features. The 2.4L turbocharged engine delivers 265 horsepower, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and standard all-wheel drive, ensuring a confident driving experience. For those prioritizing efficiency, the hybrid model achieves up to 35 mpg combined. Inside, the Highlander impresses with its optional 12.3-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and available leather-trimmed seats. However, the third row remains cramped, making it better suited for children. Cargo space is adequate but not class-leading, with 16 cubic feet behind the third row and up to 84 cubic feet with all seats folded. While the Highlander excels in comfort and reliability, it faces stiff competition from rivals like the Kia Telluride and Hyundai Palisade, which offer more engaging designs and slightly better value. Starting at $47,840, the Highlander is a dependable choice for families, though it may not excite those seeking a more dynamic or luxurious ride.

AutoNation Toyota Mall of Georgia review
My experience at AutoNation Toyota Mall of Georgia is always a pleasant one. Andreas Llano is an all star salesperson. He’s always available for me and my family. I’ll always go to him for my vehicle purchases.
2026 Toyota Highlander review
Like the Highlander. I purchased a platinum and got a lot of little extras, except for the one I really need. The easy exit and entry was taken out of the Highlander (at least the platinum). Because of my height (short), I have the seat very high, so I can see the front of the car. When I get out, I hit my knees against the steering wheel (because it doesn’t go up, just out). And getting in, I hit my head most of the time on the doorway. So I do not recommend this car for anyone 5’6” or shorter. If you are taller and can see the front of the hood without lifting the seat, then this is your car. Unfortunately, when I purchased the car my salesman and the dealership manager both thought that this car had this feature, they were wrong. The rest of the car is fine, nothing that I’m not used to in a Toyota.

Excellent! My experience with World Toyota has always been top notch. Would highly recommend someone to World Toyota. Have purchased three of my Toyotas from World Toyota.
2023 Toyota Highlander review
Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

2022 Toyota Highlander review
We have the 2022 Limited edition. Love the heated and cooled leather seats, very comfortable. Overall vehicle is very quiet, except on concrete roadway surfaces. The rain sensing wipers don't function as well as the ones we had on our 2019 Rav4. I will say, the 3rd row seats are for young kids or very small flexible adults. Also, front doors need more of an arm rest higher up on the doors. The tri zone heat and cooling is great. I like how the adaptive cruise will even slow you down some when entering curves. The 11 speaker JBL sound system is very good. Overall, the negatives listed are fairly minor issues, because we really enjoy this vehicle and the features. I am disappointed that Toyota will not be offering the v-6 in 2023. I much prefer the smoothness and power and torque curve of the 6 versus the turbo 4. The 8 speed transmission is butter smooth, although the kickdown response could be improved. This is our 4th Toyota and will keep coming back because of the higher quality standards and overall reliability. Also, Toyota seems to listen to customers better and making adjustments or corrections better than a lot of the other auto makers.
