The service advisor Andrew was amazing. He was very kind informative and attentive. I felt completely comfortable with the service process. I use to take my vehicle Findley Dodge but now I will be going to Autonation USA.
I dropped my vehicle off to get tires put on it and Steve May was great as usual and he had a loaner available for me while my tires were being put on and I got a surprise call they were done faster than my original appointment stated thank u Laird Noller and Steve
Rachael was superb! I had several conversations with her before deciding on my Volvo C70. I was still in the process of shopping for a convertible but was very impressed with her knowledge on the brand and she left me with the impression Pennant Motors was a quality dealership. After a few months of shopping around, sometimes driving several hours only to be disappointed by evasive, complacent sales people and vehicles that were either faulty and/or subpar I decided to visit Pennant and see the Volvo C70 that I had in the back of my mind all along. I loved the car and was very impressed with the condition and driveability. Rachael and Albert were very patient, the dealership was inviting and the buying process could not have been easier! They treated me as if I were buying a new car. Negotiations ended with an accessory promised after purchase and I received it 2 weeks later. Rachael was wonderful always answering my emails within minutes and very eager to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend Pennant Motors and will consider them first for any future purchases!
This is one, if not my "Best Ever", car buying experience. I found a make and model I had been searching for several months. I especially liked the CarFax info and the professionalism of the experienced staff.

My car blew a rod approximately a week ago, so I needed a new car ASAP. I spent 5-6 hours perusing various car lots to no avail. I was exhausted, to say the least. Finally decided to drive to Deep Park because of their tremendous selection of cars. Met Marcus and I could tell right away that he wasn't interested in selling me something that I just "kindof" liked-to make a deal and a quick buck. He was very patient, letting me test drive a couple of cars, even one car numerous times. I decided on a Mazda, purchased it and drove home. When I got home, I quickly realized that I made the wrong decision, and I wanted another car I was looking at on the lot- a Volkswagen Eos. Marcus and his team allowed me to return the Mazda and trade it for the Volkswagen- no problem!!! If you are looking for a dealership that's only goal is to make the customer truly happy, you found it!
Jason is so knowledgeable. He is such a wonderful source of information and his love of Rolls and Bentleys is incredible. My son bought me a Rolls from Jason for Christmas... They delivered it AND put a huge red ribbon across the car cover for me to discover in the car building. We've gone back to visit, to look at some of his inventory, and always feel welcome to talk, to look, to discuss, and enjoy being there. Right now, I'm looking at his inventory online to purchase a more utilitarian vehicle, e.g. the Land Rover. I'd buy from Jason even if they are more than 100 miles away if only on the basis that this 74 y.o. lady can trust Dream Car Concepts.
I was looking for the perfect car for me and lo and behold, in steps GR Auto Gallery. I am a diehard AMX guy and they had the one I've been looking for. I spoke with Ralph and he was able to answer all my questions and helped me with the process from start to finish. I had enough confidence in him that I didn't see the car in person until it was shipped to Amarillo, Texas. It was exactly what was represented. I got it at a fair price and absolutely love this car! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend GR Auto to anyone looking for the car of their dreams. Their staff and service are second to none.
Ms. Deibler, was our sales person when we bought a new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. She was an amazing, professional, courteous amazing sales person to work with. I have bought several cars brand new and have never had such an enjoyable, painless experience as I had with Ms. Deibler purchasing this vehicle. We, my wife and I were waiting to be helped as othe sales reps passed us by, Ms. Diebler politely and kindly asked if she could help us and from that introduction took care of us every step of the way, through the car buying process, which can tend to be a tedious and daunting process. Ms. Deibler made the process very pleasaurable, not only pleasurable but pretty expediant. Most car sales I have experienced take about four hours, this took only two. Kudus to Ms. Deibler for her can do attitude and above and beyond unwavering comment to customer service. I just bought a new 4 runner and the sales rep. was very attentive to my questions and explained everything very well. The general manager Gerald Miller and the service manager have always gone out of their way to help me with any issues I have. You drive up to the service area and employees are with you instantly. Poe Toyota personnel are professional and polite and treat you with respect; I HIGHLY recommend this dealership.
I was looking for a Toyota Sequoia for weeks contacted several dealers across the Country but got no respond or it took them a week to send me additional pictures or info i needed since i was buying out off sate.
When i called Sams Automotive talked to Fira very honest guy. While we were on the phone he sent me all the additional pictures and info i needed immediately.
When we traveled to Colorado and saw a vehicle in person it was same as described. Thank You Fira definitely the best car buying experience.
I have nothing but praise for this dealership and it's employees, which are all second to none. A couple of year ago I've purchased my first used vehicle at this dealership, not knowing WHAT to expect of a used vehicle, but gave it a shot as I gifted my Camry to my daughter to use at college. The vehicle inspection on this vehicle was so thorough, that in all my years driving the Tuscon I had not a single days of trouble with it. My only expense was filling up with gas, the annual oil replacement and a one-time brake and battery replacement. When I was in the market for another vehicle, I immediately thought about Pearson Mazda due to my previous experience and their track record. I did not regret it. After multiple test drives and comparison research between the Tuscon, Rav-4 and XR-5, I've decided on the Mazda XR-5 and cannot be happier with my choice or the most impressive and effective customer service provided by James Balsamo, Joseph Jackson and Kevin Johnson. They are all absolutely outstanding professionals that take excellent care of their customers, knows their product and are easy to work with.
