I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I started car shopping and reached out to several dealers to find a new family vehicle within our budget and with the features we wanted most. Normandin defintaly delivered! Chris was just fantastic and really convinced us to make the decision to travel 2 1/2 hours to this dealership to test drive the Chrysler Pacifica we ending up purchasing. We brought our 10 month old son and all of the staff were very helpful getting the process done as quickly as possible. Thi was great as well and she went the extra mile to final the paperwork and looked for better interest rates on our loan options that would best fit our budget. Overall this dealership felt like they were there not to just make a quick buck, but to truly help customers find what they're looking for at very reasonable pricing. Adam Esquivel at Toyota was very helpful and friendly as he explained to me in detail about the next scheduled dates for maintenance check and oil change. He directed me to wait at the customer lounge that had a friendly atmosphere. Adam took the time to answer additional questions about my truck after the maintenance check. Adam is committed in helping customers to the best of his ability.
Seemed to me the alignment was on sale recently. So I mentioned that and there was no quibbling. The guy adjusted the price down to that level immediately. He was trying to please me, and he succeeded. They also made sure I did not miss the shuttle. Plus brought to my attention the oil change due in a couple hundred miles which saved me a trip to Service in the immediate future by doing it now. I felt well taken care of.
Alberto Farias was wonderful and made sure that I could get my immobilizer keys reprogrammed by 5:30 pm yesterday after my car was towed from an SJC long term parking lot in the late afternoon. I can't thank him and the technicians enough for getting that done in such a quick fashion. The car wash afterward was a wonderful touch, too!
Great service kind employees. Got all the answers to the questions I had. I called them to get a price on one of their trucks and a little bit of info and they probably called me back and told me everything I need to know.
Tony Humphrey the internet manager made my experience buying my new fusion amazing. He took the time to explain everything and make sure I understand all the bells and whistles that went along with my car. Great salesman, would definitely buy from him again.
