Even though we had not bought a vehicle from Mark Miller Toyota we were warmly greeted by receptionist Rika Medina, who quickly located a staff member to assist us. Moments later, Jonathan Denanda came to our assistance and patiently walked us through the process. In no time he linked our phone to the rental car system and explained various functions so we could maximize our listening experience. Jonathan was patient, courteous and very knowledgeable and we were very grateful for his expertise. It made our four hour drive to several Utah state parks much more enjoyable having our curated "soundtrack" to go along with the magnificent scenery. Went to the dealership to buy a car. I liked that the details of the price was clearly listed. When I got there I was assigned Jess Holleran as the sales agent. She had me drive a couple of cars that I was interested in and helped me narrow the decision to one car. From that point on, she was intent on getting me through the purchase process. She kept me well informed as to where my paperwork was and who was next to review it. She provided me an approximate time to finish (which was very appreciated). Finally, when the deal was done, she walked me through the features of the new car. A great experience, probably the best I have ever had. I highly recommend Mountain States to anyone looking for a new car.
2026 Toyota RAV4 review
The RAV4 is the best selling SUV in its segment and it just got a complete refresh for 2026. The body styling is reminiscent of the Camry redesign with its hammer head shark front end. Overall Toyota really knocked it out of the park. Drivetrain is identical to the Camry as well. Bullet proof 2.5 liter inline 4 paired with a hybrid motor. Our AWD example produces 236 instant torque. Very quick. Some of the interior uses low end plastics and that part could be better. But overall this one is gonna be the SUV to even find in summer of 26. My wife’s SE was built in Japan and she loves it. The all new 4.0 Toyota safety sense suite is amazing too. I’m sure it will last as long as the last gen’s did.
