Friendly/ Professional / & Honest. Sendell will tell you what they did verbally & a written copy of services performed. The waiting room is comfortable. the coffee was Great; they need a simple snack tray for customers in waiting. Most dealerships offer these. I give them a 9.5 Stars. out of (5). Why? there's always room for improvements.

2020 Toyota RAV4 review
After purchase I immediately took the car on an 800 mile road trip. It is much more comfortable and rides more smoothly than our older RAV4 and had plenty of pep for highway driving. Averaged over 37 MPG at highway speed of 70-80 MPH. Would have liked a power hatchback but overall I’m very satisfied with the options that came with it as an LE model.

2018 Toyota RAV4 review
I picked up a 2018 Limited for under $25K with 30K miles in like new condition. These cars are amazing. The engineering is as reliable as they come. It drives like it's on rails and the gas mileage isn't too bad with the powerful 4-cylinder engine. I also have a 2019 Highlander and I love them both. Toyota makes the best cars for fair prices.

When I went to look at the car I selected at this dealership it was on the lot ready to be seen. We immediately looked at the car and were able to take it on a test drive. We made the decision to buy the vehicle right away. It was towards the end of the dealership's day of being open, but they stayed with us to get this sale. We even got an extended warranty because the deal was 100 percent in budget. I will also choose them for services in the future for repairs or minor needs. Thank you

I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Eli explained what I needed to do and Kristie ended up handeling my services that day and got me in and out within the hour just like she said! I will definitely be back!

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

I just bought a pre-owned car at #1 Cochran Toyota in North Huntingdon, and I couldn't be more pleased! Their staff provided A-1 service from beginning to end, I got the exact price I wanted, along with a payment plan that matched my budget to the letter, All my questions were completely answered there were no surprises and no hassle, My salesman did not try to pressure me to purchase the vehicle. Unlike other dealerships I went to, here there was absolutely no pressure, just a wonderful experience. The finance process was transparent, equitable, and trouble-free what every car-buying experience ought to be. The overall experience. Made me feel appreciated, informed, and excited about my purchase. In a nutshell, #1 Cochran Toyota provided just what each person deserves: a square deal, transparent terms, and a smile. They won my trust. This is hands down the finest dealership experience I've ever had! Big thanks to the whole crew at #1 Cochran Toyota for making this experience easy and fun. I am loving my car and how you guys treated me. I would be happy to send all my friends and family your way.

I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

2025 Toyota RAV4 review
Bought my XLE premium FWD RAV4 towards the end of 2025 before non-hybrid powertrains were discontinued. I’m old school and didn’t want the hybrid driving experience or system. Couldn’t be more pleased with the vehicle after a year of ownership and look forward to many years of driving pleasure. Anyone in the market for a similar non-hybrid vehicle-do yourself a favor and pick a 2025 model year RAV4, you’ll be glad you did so.

AMAZING! 10/10 experience. All the people who work at this dealership are so kind, witty, and knowledgeable. Specifically, Brandon and Jim were angels. They made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. We laughed A LOT and felt like these guys were our friends - which is something you want from someone who you are giving your hard earned money to! These guys got to know me, know my preferences, and went above and beyond to make me happy. I couldn't recommend this place enough and we most definitely will be buying from this dealership in the future! The absolute BEST!
2018 Toyota RAV4 review
I owned my former Toyota for 14 years and expect to to own my 2018 Rav4 XLE for at least that long. I've not had any problems in the 5 years that I've owned it. The SUVs appearance both inside and out is what makes it an attractive car. It has been reliable and maintenance free. I would buy another Rav4 when this one wears out in 10 years.

2021 Toyota RAV4 review
I purchased a 2021 RAV4 LE used in 2024 from Eco Park. Every time I take it to the dealership they offer to buy it from me. They stated " that this vehicle is in high demand." My personal opinion is as follows: Pros: High resale value when well maintained. Toyota's reliability. It has adequate cargo space. The exterior is attractive. Cons: The front seats are not very comfortable. It has no fog lights. It displays"maintenance required" then "take to dealership"sometimes prematurely, when an oil change is required.

It was time for a new car and after looking around, I came back here to purchase the Toyota Corolla Cross. It just felt like home! Always get quality service... they are a dealership you can trust.
2026 Toyota RAV4 review
I've now had the car for a month and 1,000 miles. As many have already stated, Toyota cheaped out on the interior (in fairness, I drive the poverty edition LE), lots of hard plastics, sharp corners and intruding fixtures. The good news is that it looks like the interior will wear forever. I do like the seats in the LE much better than any other trim level. Yes, they are basic cloth but are supportive, hold you firmly in turns and are easy to clean. Drive train wise, Toyota has nailed it again. Smart to go only hybrid or plug-in hybrid as this seems to be the future. 42MPG out of an SUV, even a compact one, is impressive while giving up nothing in the way of power or responsiveness. Having none of the connectivity issues cited for Android Auto so may be just lucky or an older phone - who knows. Touch screen is fairly easy to use and nice that the climate controls are always shown. Styling is such a subjective thing but I like it, even more once I swapped out the dark wheels for a more old-school silver set. Since $35,000 is considered "cheap" in today's world, you won't do any better in an SUV. I've also owned the new Camry and if you are a sedan person, it's an even better deal than the RAV4 and much more luxurious

2022 Toyota RAV4 review
Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

Ken Ganley Toyota Pittsburgh review
I took my 4Runner in for service due to squeaking breaks. Jeff P listened to my concerns, let me show him the video/sound recording I took of the issue, and worked with the technician to identify and correct the issue. I was able to walk in without an appointment and drove off with my fixed vehicle in less time than it takes to get an oil change at most dealership!
2024 Toyota RAV4 review
I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

I also have bought a used vehicle from Mike Camlin Hyundai. I have had nothing but a positive experience in dealing with them. Only negative is that I live an hour away from dealership.

Jim Shorkey North Hills MitsubishiReviews
Jim Shorkey North Hills Mitsubishi review
I recently had an extremely positive experience at Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi in North Hills. Having just retired, I was interested in a small hatchback and eventually they set me up with a pre-certified 2021 Mirage with about 50,000 miles on it and I got a great price. The process was seamless from my initial outreach to the General Sales Manager Bill Driscoll via email to this person then setting me up with John Barbour as my official sales representative. John was great, very attentive, and offered excellent customer service. It’s just great to have a dedicated person walk you through everything related to the car and contract and also provide honest estimates of how long the process takes. Most importantly, John was very patient and extremely helpful when we encountered a couple of very minor issues. Kudos also to the whole team I dealt with, from Melisa who greeted me in such a friendly manner to Corey Davidson (Sales Manager) and Dakota Carson in sales. Lastly, its’ definitely worth noting that they have a very collaborative and friendly culture, and there’s obviously a priority there to building a sense of community. I know how corny and cliché it sounds to describe a business culture as “family-like,” but it is nice to engage with people at a business who genuinely seem to like each other and enjoy providing exceptional service to customers. Definitely check out this dealership. Marty
2025 Toyota RAV4 review
What I love-very attractive interior and exterior, super comfortable seats and very adjustable, excellent mpg, ventilated seats cool me off on a hot day, blind spot mirror is very comprehensive. It is smooth and easy to drive. What could be improved-it’s very loud on the inside (wind noise, engine noise, other car noise), it does not have real leather seats and for the price it should be, air conditioner is not powerful, lots of rattling from the ac when on high, CarPlay disconnects frequently. Wish I could drive it with my bike rack on without having to turn off all the safety features. Surely Toyota can figure out how to block a bike rack in the camera.

Bought used in 2018. Car has been incredibly reliable. Besides one brake job, one set of tires, and one battery I have not done anything except oil changes. Not even a taillight.

Jim Shorkey Chevrolet Of MurrysvilleReviews
Jim Shorkey Chevrolet Of Murrysville review
I recently purchased a 2024 Chevrolet Trax from Jim Shorkey Chevrolet and had a phenomenal experience. Buying experience: My Sales Consultant Tammy B. was such a joy to work with. She was professional and treated me with respect. When I met her I could instantly tell that this dealership had a great culture. She showed me around the dealership, was responsive and great to work with throughout the sales process. Finance experience: Finance Manager Steve N. was outstanding. He explained all the options for financing as well as the available extended coverages with clarity and confidence. All of the options were described honestly and I developed a nice rapport with him. I could tell he takes pride in his work and he earned my trust. Overall experience: Sales Manager Ricky J. was outstanding. At the time of my purchase I was looking at/comparing another vehicle from a different dealership and I was upfront about this. What really solidified my decision to purchase from Jim Shorkey was Ricky's flexibility in giving me a more than fair value for my trade in. I can tell this dealership has a customer centric focus where positivity and team work are at the core of what they do. I have purchased numerous General Motors vehicles and this experience ranks at the top!

2022 Toyota RAV4 review
2022 Toyota RAV4 LE. I purchased this SUV new in 2022. It is the second RAV4 in our family of two. My wife purchased her 2018 RAV4 Hybrid limited new in 2018. She has depended on and enjoyed her SUV for 4 years now. Her experience influenced my decisions to buy a Toyota RAV4.
