We were visiting Salt Lake City, driving a rental Toyota Corolla and needed help pairing our Apple i-phone with the car's sound system. Even though we had not bought a vehicle from Mark Miller Toyota we were warmly greeted by receptionist Rika Medina, who quickly located a staff member to assist us. Moments later, Jonathan Denanda came to our assistance and patiently walked us through the process. In no time he linked our phone to the rental car system and explained various functions so we could maximize our listening experience. Jonathan was patient, courteous and very knowledgeable and we were very grateful for his expertise. It made our four hour drive to several Utah state parks much more enjoyable having our curated "soundtrack" to go along with the magnificent scenery. I purchased 2005 F350 sight on seen from the dealer. At first the fixed price sales process was a little annoying however, but watching the vehicle everyday on the dealer website it did come down over time (approx 30 days) to what I felt was a fair price. It did seem like they did a good job of addressing safety and drivability issues before listing the vehicle and agreed to an alignment, rotation and balance before delivery. The salesman (Leo) was honest, helpful and straightforward. I would recommend working with him for any Transaction. Being out of state they agreed to allow an independent mechanic go through the vehicle prior to my purchase. Salesman even helped arrange having the truck delivered to the Salt Lake City airport (for a fee) to help out with my return drive. Overall a very good experience.
