This was my first experience with Toyota and it was a positive one. I came to Bommarito Toyota to test drive a pre-owned Mercedes Benz. The sales person I was referred, Tommy Morris, was very nice and friendly. There was no pressure. His main concern was that we were satisfied. He was a great person to deal with for my recent purchase of a used car. I might have made it easy on him because they had the car I came to look at priced right so we didn't feel the need to haggle. Nevertheless, he was super friendly, extremely patient and worked to make sure that I left a satisfied customer. In addition,the finance man (Paul) was outstanding as well. He explained the best options available for monthly payments and length of contract. I was made to feel comfortable during the entire purchasing process. Buying from Bommarito was a unique experience. This was a pleasant car purchasing experience for my husband and I. We felt our business was truly appreciated. I will definitely refer family, friends and neighbors to this location.

My salesman Bob Halliday was phenomenal, he got me more for my trade and I had one issue with the vehicle that I wanted fixed . Bob got that issue taken care of while I was going through the finance part of the process and even transferred my property over to my new to me vehicle. The finance team got me a great interest rate and worked hard to get the extended warranty and gap insurance I wanted and got it within the amount I budgeted for this purchase. All in all it was pleasurable and I will look to Pappas Toyota on my next vehicle purchase.

What a great dealership! After being mislead at another local dealership (drove 2 hours to get to this one, rhymes with tow), I called to see if another vehicle was still available. Usually you get the overly sales pitched, on top of you, annoying and usually somewhat dishonest sales person at a car dealership, not at Rusty's! You will be treated like family! Offered, drinks, snacks, a play area for kids and down right honest conversations, where you know you get a fair trade, and a quality vehicle at a price you can achieve! To top it off, during that time, they offered our family a trip to their "candy store and ice cream" at the dealership, helping to keep my kiddos and myself happy during a process that does take a little time.
