I also really appreciated the sales manager taking the time to speak with me directly and clearly explain the recall situation. He was honest about what was known, what was still uncertain, and how Toyota was handling it. That transparency gave me confidence that I was making an informed decision rather than being given a sales pitch. The finance manager was equally professional. He clearly presented the available options without applying pressure or trying to sell me products I did not want. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and this was easily the smoothest, friendliest, and most transparent dealership experience I have ever had.
