We were visiting Salt Lake City, driving a rental Toyota Corolla and needed help pairing our Apple i-phone with the car's sound system. Even though we had not bought a vehicle from Mark Miller Toyota we were warmly greeted by receptionist Rika Medina, who quickly located a staff member to assist us. Moments later, Jonathan Denanda came to our assistance and patiently walked us through the process. In no time he linked our phone to the rental car system and explained various functions so we could maximize our listening experience. Jonathan was patient, courteous and very knowledgeable and we were very grateful for his expertise. It made our four hour drive to several Utah state parks much more enjoyable having our curated "soundtrack" to go along with the magnificent scenery. My wife and I purchased a 2026 Land Cruiser — a vehicle that's in high demand, built in Japan, and carries a real wait list. From our very first visit, Jim treated us like serious buyers. He had a vehicle ready for us to test drive before we even walked in the door, which set the tone for everything that followed. What unfolded over the next five months was unlike any car-buying experience we've had. Jim stayed in regular contact, remembered exactly what we were looking for, and periodically presented similarly-equipped vehicles that were in transit or available — never pushing, just keeping us informed. Each time, we chose to wait for the right one. He never made us feel like a burden for that. Eventually, he found exactly what we wanted. Negotiation was refreshingly straightforward. No pressure, no games — just a fair deal on a vehicle that frankly didn't need to be discounted.
