Used 2021 Toyota Tacoma trucks for sale near Cloverleaf, TX

We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.

My 2010 had 317,000 miles when I bought my 2021. I absolutely love the changes that toyota has made. My 2021 is a perfect truck for comfort and reliability.

As a retired tx DPS mvi trooper through my 30 years dealing with dealers carmax is most caring dealer. When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. For the size of motor it's surprisingly powerful. The transmission is smart and performs when needed, use the manual shift when needed. The ride is smooth, the suspension superior on the freeway handling anything I ask of it nicely. Off road it has traction features galore, nothing left for complaints. Best truck I ever owned.

Everyone was great and knowledgeable but the buying process was too long. The number of cars available was excellent. In general I was very pleased.

I leased a 2020 Toyota Tacoma and loved it. It was reliable but a little loud inside but that was fine. I just looked at the 2024 Tacoma and they got ride of the 6 cylinder and got a turbo motor. I don’t trust anything made after 202- so I’m looking for a 2021 Tacoma.

My 2021 SR5 Tacoma is louder on the inside than my 2006 Tacoma was after 137,000 miles. Would seem like there wasn't as much sound deadening material installed for increased profits. Exterior lighting was also via halogen or incandescent bulbs rather than LEDs; another profit pinch.

Great service, took care of me totally, had the truck transferred from another Car Max, they followed it through the purchase and the drive out from the facility.

I've owned 3 Tacoma's in the last 4yrs ..can get enough of them..the Tacoma no matter which one you choose gives a great performance..and proud to have and own..

Very professional, great group. Last Tesla I bought was purchased from a group that sells 50-65 teslas a month (idrive in Carrolton tx). Auto Boutique surprised me, and managed a Tesla sale like a group that sells 10x more of these technically challenging vehicles. They got the car added to my Tesla app quickly and I left the dealership able to supercharge and drive 6 hours to my home. The young guys ( Ethen Beck and Enrique Ovalles) were very Tesla literate. I'm a contributor to a tesla owners forum and have over 4 million content views, so I'm not a Tesla Newbie. I have a 2016 model s p85, a 2021 model y dual motor, and now a 2021 refresh model s long range to replace the aging ap1 car. These guys had the recurrent battery report in addition to the carfax so I could skip checking the battery. Staff went into service mode and we checked the error log. They got an update to post before adding the car and so I drove off in great shape!

Ozzie and Belinda took great care of us. 1. We had to trade in a car that was costing too much to repair. I put the information into the Echo Park system and Belinda called to ask further questions. It was that outreach that had us going to Echo Park instead of CarMax. 2. Ozzie was the salesperson who happened to be free when we walked in. He listened to what we wanted to do and made a couple of good suggestions. Then one test drive and we were ready to buy. The dealership honored the trade-in value and even added $250 to it, and altogether that helped pay for the warranty that we purchased.

only wish we had gone over the detail of the financing - total cost of the service agreement. other than that everything was quite convenient. personnel were easy to work with.

It was a positive experience. I got to drive several vehicles and decided on the Trax because it had more of the features I wanted. The process was smooth and I was out and done in a couple of hours.

I had a rough first experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet’s service department, but Brian Caldwell, the Service Director, completely turned things around. He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. Ms Allison was professional,friendly and willing to help my situation. She really loves what she does and have a great talent in sales. I' had go to other places and when you present the particularities of your case, they dismisses you as soon as possible. This was not the case with Alisson, she was very attentive and looked how to help, not just to sale. As for this part, what else can I say?
