Kirksville Motor Company review
My experience with Kirksville Motors has been exemplary. From the initial communication regarding my interest in the vehicle I ultimately purchased to the seamless sales process, every interaction was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. The staff provided a personalized experience, ensuring that all my needs were met. They maintained consistent follow-ups and facilitated maintenance checks and repairs efficiently. The dealership's transparency in terms of cost and service, alongside their comprehensive warranty coverage, was commendable. Additionally, they accommodated me with a quality loaner vehicle during the servicing of my car. Such a high level of honesty and service is rare in the industry, and I could not have envisioned a better experience.

2007 Toyota Matrix review
After few years of usage, the car hard start. It gives electrical issue that affect the car performance. The car usually failed to start when hot due to such impact. The car wiper sometimes work on it own. Lastly, the car consume more fuel as it aged due to usage.

Had a great experience with looking for and buying a SUV with Josh Brown the salesman who went above and beyond to find just the vehicle I was looking for and who continued to follow up following my purchase to make sure I was happy with my new Honda CRV. I highly recommend Josh to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

When we have had problems with our car they have fixed it free of charge. Great customer service. They fixed our car very fast and have even given us loaner vehicles so we could get around. They have worked with us on more than one occasion.

7 years old and I've never had a single mechanical issue. Just maintain it per factory specs. Great gas mileage. Not a car to pick up chicks with.:0)==-)

Bought like 8 cars from them Service is fantastic and always taken care of. Always received top care and actually cared about finding me what I was looking for
2010 Toyota Prius review
No car issues compared to previous cars I’ve had. Traveled from NJ to NYC for at least 9 months using this car. Only issue was getting new tires of how much I was traveling. 155k odo running like it’s brand new. $20 a week on gas. Traveling at least 24 miles 5x a week. Reliable, gas saver and comfortable car.

Shottenkirk Toyota of Quincy review
Bought a used Toyota from this dealership. Great experience from start to finish. From the first call being greeted by a friendly receptionist, to the multiple sales people that helped me with my deal, to the finance department, it was top notch. I have bought cars from several different dealerships in the past and this has been the best experience of them all.
