I recently started the process of car shopping, which can be a bit overwhelming at first. After talking to a few different sales reps, I found myself more discouraged, until I spoke with Tim. He was patient with my questions, took his time in going through their inventory to find cars within my budget, that also had all the bells and whistles I had wanted. Tim was very kind and made me feel like I was more than a commission check to him. I look forward to stopping in soon!!
Brian was great made a great offer I spoke through email and by phone he was always nice and never pressured me. Whatever I ask for he had ready for me as quick as possible. He never played games and truly offer a great price off the bat. Unfortunately my mom decided not to by a car at all. If I am looking for a car in the future I would surely go back to him. Outstanding customer service!

I really like this dealership from the friendly no pressure salesman to the service dept. that bends over backward to explain whatever service I am getting and keep me up to date when they will be finished. They also wash and vacuum the vehicle for me.
I was looking for a used vehicle to transport myself and dog in comfort for a monthly drive of about 300 miles each way. I found a perfect 2009 Ford Escape (the 2009 Escape still had a high roof, all amenities, front wheel drive only, low mileage, a popular and dependable 4 cylinder and great seat comfort & support). The sales staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Their sales application was only 1 page and with a 25% down payment (not mandatory) and my decent credit, financing and the whole purchase experience was easy and fast. They also knew the history of the vehicle since it was originally purchased there which was also very helpful. They also knocked off several hundred dollars and the vehicle had new tires, wipers, battery, etc. and was very clean. After the purchase, there was no second guessing. I was happy about the vehicle and am confident it will serve our family for years.
I had been searching for the car that I wanted within my budget for a while and other dealerships just couldn't meet my needs and often tried to push me in a direction I didn't want to go.
Then I found the listing for (now my current car) a Jeep Renegade in my budget on Cars.com with lots of information/pictures and descriptions. However, it didn't have luggage rack rails...So I used the Cars.com feature to ask a question on wether they could be added. Within a day of asking my question I got an email and a text from the seller (Brian) at Extreme. Awesome customer service and very personable. He cleared up my question and scheduled an appointment to see the car.
I got to the dealership early and they already had the car pulled up, handed my mother and I the keys and said "take it for a spin - go get lunch if you want to". It was wonderful being able to test drive a vehicle without the pressure of the salesman there.
Beyond that, the salesman, Brian, was absolutely awesome! He made sure all of our questions were answered and even the owner of the dealership came in to help us when we had questions about the Carfax - took the time to dig up photos of the car when it was purchased at auction.
Next thing I know I was driving my perfect car away with a full tank of gas within the budget I had set. It was also wonderful the ease it was to finance my car through a credit union and not a dealership - Extreme worked seamlessly with it and never pushed me away from the decision to use a credit union Great car buying experience.
I had a great experience working with this dealership. I was buying from several hundred miles away and they were very helpful with sending pictures, reports and anything else I asked for! I did not once get the "typical" interaction with the car salesman at Extreme! Highly recommend using them!!

When Brad took over for Adam as the Lead Honda Service Advisor, we quickly realized that customer service remained the primary priority of the Service Department employees. Brad possesses a very positive and friendly demeanor, going the extra mile to ensure the customer is always satisfied. He treats my 2006 Ridgeline as if it is his own. Paying the bill is never a fun time, but dealing with Brad makes it a little less unpleasant.
Kudos to Brad LaFollette for always going above and beyond!
