Matt Smith went above and beyond to find the perfect car for our family after our car was totaled. We live in KC and he was available for any questions even after office hours. He promptly provided pics and all requested info even while looking at cars at other dealerships. After driving to Jeff City to see the car he made sure it was in top condition and everything we wanted was addressed. He had impressive customer service especially for car sales. He made sure we we happy the whole way through and even told us to call if we have any questions about the car or service after we got back home. Gemma was a blazing gun in the financing dept she was very efficient and straightforward without any pressure. I would make the drive again to Jeff City any day. Although the waiting room was pleasant it took 3 hours for the airbag issue, correction of front lower arm bushings and a new cabin air filter. Also, I had scheduled this work for Monday (Nov 26), but ???somebody??? put the wrong date in the computer. To be fair, you rescheduled this appt. for 2 days later.
I received a recall repair from the Honda headquarters. I contacted the local dealership in Jefferson City and they set up an appointment. They provided excellent service, including the shuttle service dropping off and picking me back up from my office when the repair was complete. Great people to work with!
Eddie "The Green Mile" Brown made buying a used car a walk in the park. I gave him the budget I wanted to stay within, and the vehicles I was interested in and he made everything else fall into place. He approached me outside and from the moment I walked into the dealership from the moment I walked out he was not once pushy or annoyed that I was not the easiest customer. His name was on the door as "Salesperson of the Month" which, Ill admit, was intimidating at first but after spending 10 mins with him I could see exactly why. Eddie could sense that I was nervous about buying a different vehicle and he continuously reassured me that I would not leave unhappy. He was right! Thank you Eddie for the best car buying experience yet and thank you Honda of Jefferson City for taking my hunk of junk off of my hands and getting me into the perfect new (to me) vehicle. I will definitely recommend both Eddie and Honda Jeff City to all my friends and family.
I went for a regular oil change and tire rotation. The service writer discovered a recall on my van. He checked on the parts and scheduled the work to be done. After a realization by the mechanic that the work was not going to be finished before closing , Mike put me in a loaner car so that I could go home and return the next morning when the work was completed. He arranged for a complementary car wash so my car was ready to go the next morning.
Very welcoming and not too pushy. Sales staff was very knowledgable about the cars in stock. We Would definitely by from Honda of Jefferson City again.
