Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Just purchased a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude from Landers. Our salesperson, Kelly Dial, was very helpful and best of all - not pushy or shady at all! He worked with us to get an honest deal that everyone was happy with and didn't pull any high-pressure sales tactics with us. Back in the Finance Office when finalizing the paperwork Colt was also helpful and professional and didn't pressure us on any add-ons. Overall a good car-buying experience.
Mrs Mary was excellent to work with. She was able to get me in the vehicle I wanted at the cost & payment most suitable for me. She had everything prepared prior to me getting there. Closing on the deal was very fast. I was there a total time of maybe 30 minutes. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
At my initial telephone call to David, he took the time to verify the vehicle I was interested in was still available. He responded to me immediately about that availability. When I arrived at the dealership, he was prepared for me, visually verified the truck was the one I wanted. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable at every step. He went out of his way to get me the best trade-in possible (given the age and mileage of my prior vehicle). He made sure I was thoroughly informed on each matter: down payment, financing and insurance. David answered all my questions patiently, verifying details and clarifying my purchase. I was referred to David by a co-worker and was very impressed with his ethics and proficiency. He made me feel very comfortable, and I was impressed with the way I was treated. I will gladly recommend David to anyone looking for a great deal.
