Brickner's had the exact Jeep I was looking for; and they met my offer spot on. Their internet salesman and the sales woman we dealt with were great. And the finance person got us the best rate and was very explanatory. Brickner's of Wausau is top notch in my book.

Great car to drive, very smooth. Lots of room! Did all of the suggested maintenance and it runs great! My cousin has a Sienna that just hit 300,000 miles!!
Your service writer, Kathy, is always friendly, cheery and helpful. The car wash after the Premium Care service is a nice touch. The new customer waiting area is great!

I Have a CHR limited and traded in a 2015 Kia Soul Exclaim with the whole she bang package that car had Everything, Everything except blind spot monitor, Back up warning, lane change warning, Sorry I traded it in on the CHR :(

Perfect car, low maintenance cost, great gas mileage. fast, smooth ride.
Comfortable seating with roomy hatchback. All the bells and whistles.
Navigation, backup camera, good XM radio, remote start, keyless entry and start. Just a cool high-tech car
I recently purchased a 2017 Suburu Impreza from Mike Curtis at Kocourek Suburu. We originally weren't even planning to stop at Suburu, but then did on a last minute whim. Whereas some dealerships just handed us the keys, we very much appreciated that Mike took the time to walk us through all the amazing features offered in Suburu vehicles. Our choice to purchase was based on (1) the Impreza had so many safety features, (2) a spacious interior with soft leather, large windows throughout, and (3) was the best sedan in terms of balancing both the safety of all wheel drive with comparatively excellent gas mileage (28 city, 38 hwy). Overall the dealership exceeded our expectations in terms of their customer service, knowledge of the sales staff, products offered, and willingness to accommodate some special needs we had in the purchasing process. I would highly recommend stopping here first if you are looking for a new car (and ask for Mike)!

I love that it is easy to get in-and-out of my Highlander. After hip replacement, that was a major factor in looking for a vehicle. Now, my 86 year old Mom loves it for the same reason, easy to get in and out. Comfortable ride, even for the back seat, plenty of leg room. Comforting knowing it is very dependable.
We picked up a new Dodge Ram truck today at Brickners in Antigo. The employees at Brickners made the process very easy and simple and everything went smoothly. We are pleased with the truck and with the helpful and friendly attitudes of the people there.
A comfortable large sedan that looks pretty good.

Everyone in the family is tall and this car has front and rear legroom that you find in very few cars. I wanted to avoid vans and SUV’s so I spent a long time looking for the right Avalon. This model was downsized after 2012 which is very disappointing.
The people at Parsons make all the difference, friendly courteous and always there to help.

I purchased my 2012 Camry XLE in 2015 when it had 26,400 miles. It now has over 79,000 miles and is running like a charm. I drove it to Alaska in 2016, a 7500 mile round trip, with no problems. I feel safe in this car and will consider another one after it reaches 250,000 miles!
I am so impressed by true professionalism at this service center. I have trust in their suggestions. From the scheduling of my serivce to discussion about repairs, these huys clearly know how to get the job done!

I love this vehicle. 2nd RAV4 that I’ve owned and I’m really happy with it. Handles well in poor weather which is frequent in MN. Great size as well.

This car is amazing... totally love it!! spacious, comfortable3 , AND....53mpg in town yesssss in town!! I am very Tall 5'10 (tall for a woman) and I still do not have to set my set ALL the WAY BACK...
Love the bluetooth, navigation, back seats are spcious as well...love the back to put groceries and haul little things!!
This car turns on a dime and will stop like no ones business! It is a great car and I would recommend it to anyone...
My daughters Sentra broke down on her trip back to school. I left the car on Sunday night via the service drop box. The service department jumped on my issue first thing on Monday morning. They understood both my urgency and need. They provided me with a choice between their ability to repair the car and a lower cost option that they thought might be a better option. Even after choosing the lower cost option they handled the logistics required to get my car to the lower cost option and returned it to their location so I didn’t have to deal with a third party. I was extremely pleased with the work completed. I was more pleased with how the service department gave me options and then followed through and communicated through the entire process. They could have simply fixed my issue at a substantially higher cost and I would have had little I could have done about it. Instead, they provided an option that was “better for the customer”. That is truly “best in class” customer service. Thank you! I hope your local market understands the value of doing business with a company like Van Horn Nissan!!!!

2015 rav 4. It’s the right size. All wheel drive. Efficient. Capable in the winter. A little road noise but fixable with dynamat in the doors.
Always a great experience upgrading my vehicle. The employees are wonderful to work with & I???m always satisfied with the new upgrade! I just love my new Ford Edge!

I love this car. From the interior to the outside. Every bit of this is worth the money! We bought this car used with 16,000 miles. It feels new, it drives new, and even better. The car is still under warranty. You can never go wrong with a Toyota. you can never go wrong with Fred's Executive Auto.
Love the customer service. Tim was to the point and helped me find the best car. Would definitely recommend the dealership to friends and family.

I recently traded in my 2016 Scion iA because that car was just too small especially with having kids. I upgraded to the 2015 Toyota RAV4 and I was not disappointed. There is SO much room inside the car and I didn’t lose any truck space that you would get with a sedan vehicle. It has nice power, spacious interior and comfort with style. I would recommend a RAV4 to anyone looking for a reliable, spacious family vehicle.
I've had the distinct pleasure of working with Pete Edwardson at Stevens Point Honda since 2006 when I bought a Honda Pilot. I later bought a 2014 Honda Accord and most recently a 2017 Honda CRV from Pete. Pete went beyond just selling me cars, he reached out by building a memorable experience with his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine caring.
The same can be said for Kelly Peterson in the Service department. I took the 2006 Honda Pilot in to have a trailer hitch installed so we could pull a UTV. He impressed me immediately with his knowledge of cars and professionalism. He also worked to build a trusting relationship once we established we'd both lived in and loved South Dakota.
We'll be moving soon to be closer to our daughter and grand kids, and I will miss these two gentlemen, their professionalism, knowledge, and sincere caring about customer service.
