It was the most amazing experience. Cooper C. was a great salesperson to work with and patient with all my questions. He listen to my rant about my old car demise. He made sure that I understood every step. He walked be over to set up my first oil change appointment. He made sure that I understood the different features of the car. It was just a great experience. Every person that I encounter was amazing. Isaiah in Finance was nice. It was just a great experience. I will definitely come back for any future purchases. Keep up the good work and providing great customer service. Shirley H

Crain Volkswagen of FayettevilleReviews
Crain Volkswagen of Fayetteville review
I've been visiting this dealership fairly regularly since Crain bought the VW dealership. I regularly get my GTI and Beetle serviced there and I traded in my 2013 GTI for a 2016 GTI. Overall, I find the service department to be excellent in regards to taking care of my vehicles. They aren't cheap or fast, but they do it right and I'm willing to pay a premium for that fact. The experience of buying from them will likely vary depending upon which salesperson you get. Some are real car people and know the ins and outs of the brand, others there less so. When I bought my 2016, I met with the first available person, but when I mentioned some specific options that I wanted, the person clearly didn't know the VW shorthand that I was using, such as DCC. I walked out at that point. I then set up a meeting with Wes, who I knew had a great handle on the ins and outs of VW cars, and he took care of me. We ended up having a car brought in from KC and Crain matched the KC dealer's advertised sale price on the car, so I felt like I got a great deal and that they treated me fairly. I suspect that most dealers have a similar salesperson issue of some being into cars and others just into selling you something. Their new facilities are a huge improvement over the Rogers location and the temporary Springdale location. Unless something weird happens, I expect to buy my next GTI or T-Roc (VW send it to the US!) from Crain and I will head directly for Wes, if he is still there next year.
