After over a mth of unresolved phone calls to both the Somerset(service department & West Miflin (GM), nothing being resolved, limited phone calls to resolve my issue. I finally reached out to our Windber Memorial Chevrolet, and spoke to their GM (Johnathan), who was more than willing to listen and help! Johnathan told me that he would try to take care of my issues, but he had to make a phone call first, and then would call me back. Contacted the dealer regarding a new Silverado I found on their website (which was easy to use and upfront pricing). After speaking with the salesman, Bob, we decided to check the truck out on Saturday. When we arrived, Keith set us up with a test drive and helped us with all of our questions. We loved that there was no pressure and no pushy sales tactics we found at other dealers. It really made us feel welcome and part of the family. They let us think it over and we ultimately decided to buy the truck the following Monday. They made sure that we qualified for all of the incentives and really went out of their way. We gave Ernie some information over the phone and had everything ready for us when we arrived at the dealer after work, making the process very fast for us. We were in and out in 45-minutes with a new truck. Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. This will be our first stop for vehicles from now on.

Krystal was so helpful from the very first phone call when we were struggling to find a car. She made it so easy from applying, to getting the car. We had issues due to limited credit but decent income getting approved anywhere else in our price range, but her and her manager Taylor worked someway that got us approved which relieved so much stress as we had been out of a car for a few months at that point. Also since we didn't have transportation to them, she sent photos of every angle exterior and interior of the car by text and brought all the paperwork to us to sign, as well as bringing the car to us.
