I was impressed by the fact that she totally immersed herself and showed us many of its features upon our return. 2022 GMC Canyon review
GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. And wouldn't let me submit this review without selecting one of thier 3 inadequate choices. So, I selected having fun cause I believe everything should be but, this is my WORK TRUCK!

As far as far experiences go this was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Jim was amazing in finding a vehicle that fit all my needs. It was done rather quickly and they walked me thru all the steps. I will be coming here everytime to get a vehicle.
2025 GMC Canyon review
I purchased my Canyon after getting rid of my 2025 Rebel lemon. So far the truck has performed flawlessly. I'm 6'2 and the vehicle has been comfortable even after a 3000 mile road trip. It looks great, is easy to maneuver, and has plenty of comfort and safety features. The 4 cylinder turbo has adequate power but could use a little more in my opinion. I average just under 20 mpg in mixed driving conditions. The rear seat is a little cramped for adults but other than that I don't have any gripes.

I had a great experience buying my new truck! Brandon was great to work with and actually took the time to listen to what I wanted instead of trying to talk me into something else. He found me exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I absolutely love my new truck and couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out. Thanks again, Brandon!
2019 Chevrolet Colorado review
Traded in my 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD for the Z71 and have only one regret. I should have bought the Chevy in the first place. It is a much better truck in just about every facet from comfort to technology to cabin quitetness to towing. Toyota Tacoma’s have better resale value and look better but For the money I’m more than happy with the Z71.

The folks at Bocker helped me quickly source a fairly specific SUV with the options that I wanted and then even came in under another dealerships MSRP. From the moment I engaged the Bocker team through to delivery of my vehicle, I can't say enough about their professionlism, transparency, and communication. Just a great experience working with Bocker and would highly recommend them.

Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.

Outstanding service and staff. Made my purchase of a 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser from the internet. From my great salesman, Carlo, to Amy and Zach and others, I was most impressed with their concern for my long distance purchase and the extended time it took to pick up the car. Would not hesitate to recommend JH Barkau and Sons or buy from them again. They are a real class act~~~thanks to you all!!

Just got my 2018 Chevy Colorado a few weeks ago and it has been amazing! Gas mileage is great for a truck (18mpg) and I can even get more out of it in the city (20-22 mpg)!! Also not too expensive to fill up either, only ~$40 for a full tank!

We were treated well by our sales person Jeff. What a great experience and very friendly
2022 GMC Canyon review
I purchased my new GMC Canyon Elevation 4x4 Crew Cab a month ago and it's been a pleasure to drive to this point. I think it rides very well for a truck which disagrees with the Cars.com review. It has plenty of power with the V6 and 8-speed transmission for passing. I have yet to tow with it but that's coming next month when I tow a flat bed trailer with 2 ATV's on it. I love the 18" tires and blacked out wheels which gives it a much higher stance than my old 2010 Colorado 4x4. The truck stands very tall for a mid-size model and it gives me a great view of the road behind the wheel. I love the Infotainment system with Sirus XM, Spotify, etc. The soft-lowering tailgate is nice and so is the auto-locking feature. It doesn't have standard features such as lane departure, blind spot warning, adaptive cruise control, etc. My wife's Subaru Forester came standard with those features whereas the Canyon has them as an add-on option. Not a deal breaker. The lack of decent rubber all-weather floor mats were a disappointment so I had to order them along with splash guards. I'm not sure about the Goodyear Fortitude tires in the winter since the reviews don't rate them well in deep snow. If I have to, I will install 4 snow tires. So far I love the truck and I love the Satin Steel color. It's a major upgrade from my 2010 Colorado 4x4. It's a bit early but I would definitely recommend this truck to a prospective buyer.

This was my second time buying a car, and my first time going alone since I'm 19 and had only gone with a parent before. I was definitely a little nervous going in, but once I met Terry I felt like I had nothing to worry about! He was super duper helpful and was kind enough to make sure to explain everything to me in a way I'd understand, and I ended up purchasing a beautiful 2017 Jeep Renegade Sport! Couldn't have asked for a better dealership or a better experience!

Ive owned my 2019 Z71 Colorado for 4 years and 120,000 miles. Outside of basic wear and tear its been a great truck. I am hoping to get 300k out of it. I have heard that it gets transmission shutter. I do occasional get what feels like late shifts or delay in shifts but its never been persistent. Best change ive made is bigger tires. The stocks 255/r17/65 look too small and goofy for this truck.

2025 Honda Ridgeline review
Love my Ridgeline! Bought the RTL+ with the HPD black tires. The interior is by far the biggest of the midsize trucks. Plus having 6 cyl/AWD is huge. Gets good mileage. I am averaging around 22mpg. Smooth rolling...like butter. Plus all the storage is such a game-changer. I tried the Frontier/Tacoma...they were decent but for the packaging, it was a no-brainer. The Taco was more than $10k for lower trim. The Ridgeline has premium leather and is just by far a better choice for me.

Thank you Sydney for a great experience in purchasing my Nissan Sentra. I really appreciated your help.
2025 Honda Ridgeline review
I was originally searching for an SUV. Trading in my high mileage Toyota Camry with way too much road noise, I was looking for the same reliability and an engine with the same "get up and go". I was attracted to the low percentage financing on both Toyota and Honda trucks, I am retired and now I can leave my funds in my IRA and pay a low interest rate and continue to gain in my investments, and not pay the income tax on a one time withdrawal. I love the quiet ride of the Ridgeline. The Honda is easier for me to get into. It is more like getting into an SUV than the Toyota Tacoma. The V6 engine gives me the ability to get around slow moving vehicles safely on two lane roads. I love the ride of my Ridgeline which is more like an SUV because it is on a car chassis not a truck chassis, but I can haul larger items than an SUV. I was also attracted to the Ridgeline because it is already set up to pull my small trailer for my ATV. I love the swing out tailgate for reaching into the back. The roomy trunk in the bottom of the truck bed is amazing, and holds so many misc items and groceries. My Honda Ridgeline will be so much help when I need to take my daughters wheel chair on trips. I have not tested out the All Wheel Drive, but I am looking forward to it's assistance in the Sand Dunes. I have put almost 2000 miles since my purchase a month ago. I Love my Honda Ridgeline

2018 Chevrolet Colorado review
The 2018 Chevrolet Colorado Z71 Off-Road is one of the most well-rounded midsize trucks on the road. The V6 engine delivers strong, smooth, and linear acceleration with plenty of power on demand—whether merging on the highway, towing, or navigating rough terrain. It feels confident and responsive without being harsh or overworked. This truck is loaded with features that make it just as comfortable as it is capable. The black leather interior is well-appointed and durable, while the Bose premium sound system provides excellent clarity and punch—far better than standard factory audio. Apple CarPlay integration is seamless, making navigation, music, and hands-free calling effortless. The Z71 Off-Road package adds real-world functionality, not just badging. With its upgraded suspension, off-road tuning, and rugged stance, the Colorado handles snow, gravel, and uneven roads with ease while still driving smoothly and quietly on pavement. Overall, the 2018 Colorado Z71 strikes an ideal balance between performance, comfort, and versatility. It’s a truck that feels equally at home as a daily driver, workhorse, or weekend adventure vehicle—and it does all of it with style and confidence.

This transaction was primarily done online because I live 6 hours and 40 minutes away. I completed an online contact form but ended up calling the dealership. Julian was my sales person and he was great. He answered all of my questions promptly and returned calls promptly. Everything was lined up for my trade before I drove up, which saved a lot of time once I got there. This was not my first distance purchase. Their warranty on used vehicles is part of the reason I chose this particular car and was willing to travel over 6 hours to get it. I highly recommend Julian for anyone considering a vehicle here or who is purchasing long distance. Everyone I worked with was great and when I needed a temp tag after the sale due to Kentucky law, it was handled promptly. Even after the sale was complete, they were still available and handled the issue immediately. Five stars.

2024 GMC Canyon review
Our AT4X has been an excellent mid-size truck. The ride is shockingly smooth and the engine has a lot of torque. Wish the interior had less plastic and GM's failure to have a rear view camera mirror or controls for garage/gate contols is inexcusible. Overall, could not be more pleased with this truck.

Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall review
It was probably the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I knew what I wanted, and had a quote from another dealership that was fantastic. While Lou Bachrodt did not have what I wanted on the lot, Fil the new car manager and Patrick my sales consultant assured me that they could order the truck I was looking for and still match the deal I had worked out at the other dealership. Both of these guys made the buying experience at Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall as smooth as can be without any surprises. Every question or concern I had was answered quickly and with good detail. When my truck arrived, I could not have been happier! I will be coming back here when I am ready for my next truck, and keeping my business local. Give these guys a try, and I am sure you will be as impressed as I was.
2024 Chevrolet Colorado review
I purchased this truck before I read any reviews on it. I'm glad I didn't read them. The truck is very comfortable and fun to drive as my main vehicle to drive. There are a few quirks to get used to: raspy engine sound, headlight control on touchscreen, and a slight lurch right before coming to a slow stop. Overall, I enjoy it very much. CR has rated low for reliability, but I'm risking it. You can make any vehicle last over 100K miles with proper care.

2013 Chevrolet Avalanche review
I currently own a 2011 Chevy avalanche LS with several upgraded packages. Exterior…I really like the design of the truck and some people say the big pillars in the bed are a blind spot but I’ve never really had an issue with them. Interior…the dash is cracked in several places (before I bought it) and the interior has some loud rattles. But the seats are very comfortable and the coil suspension gives the truck an incredible ride. Handling is a little squishy and acceleration isn’t great but usually your not buying a truck for speed :) The Midgate is an extremely cool feature that I feel like a lot of people skip over…very intuitive design and on hot days I pop the back window out and store it in the mid gate for a “almost” convertible feel. Overall I would recommend the truck 8/10
