This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! I typically dread car shopping. Courtney Miller is amazing! She made the entire experience so easy and actually enjoyable! Courtney went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and to walk me and my husband through the process of leasing for the first time. We got started right before closing but she stayed, was more than patient in answering our questions and even made sure I contacted her in the following few days to stop in so she could take the time to show me all if the details in the vehicle! A small town , no hassle, straightforward experience. Searching the area for a car, I found one at this location. I had driven a couple like this model, newer and less miles, but thorough inspections and fast talking salesmen left me uneasy. Then I met Mr. Holder. The one I found at his lot was a bit older and not cleaned to surgical perfection, which allowed me to see the mechanical flaws. It wasn't covered in a layer of armorall and doused with air freshener. It was perfect as is. Very clean, but not too clean as to hide the flaws. Which is very, very important. Mr. Holder was a joy to work with. Just straight forward, honest, and refreshingly straightforward with details. He buys cars that are solid and resells them without BS or secrets. I knew exactly what I was getting. I would 100% buy from him again.

Enjoyed working with Ken Hayes - I trust him completely. My one concern is my military experience - Navy - didn't work because I had to jump through too many hoops with Veterans Administration. All I wanted was recognition for my time in the military. I have my discharge card which shows my four years of service. But that didn't work - I had to deal with VA and I haven't had any dealings with them - ever. I served from 1955 - 1959, then recalled 1961 - 62 because of the Berlin Crisis. I was recalled because I was a pilot. This problem caused my montthly payments to jump about $40.00 ! ! ! So I'm not completely happy - but it's not Ken's fault.

Very good I?ve always used Chevrolet dealer on my cars and trucks like it customer service as well. There?s a seller at the dealership that works with me and you do a good job Charles.

The experience was great and also the older gentleman at the dealership. I had a very nice conversation with him. He cared a lot about why I was there and what I was there for so kudos to this older gentleman. I think he courtesy driver.

The overall experience was good. We did end up purchasing a vehicle, and are very satisfied thus far. The facility was clean, but could use some updates. The waiting areas where a little less comfortable than some other dealerships we have been to recently. Would still recommend this dealership, as the feedback I would have would be how to get better and is not a complaint.
