I have a 2023 Acadia, it was making a random grinding noise. I took it to a GMC dealer in Bedford, they had it for 8 days, got it back same problem. I took it to Preston in Burton, "Paul Huler" top quality Service Tech. found and solved my problem. Thanks, Paul for not giving up where the other guys did. Lifetime customer now !!

Haasz AutomallReviews
2017 Toyota Sienna review
I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

2023 Kia Carnival review
We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

First time Haasz user. Brennan was awesome. Clear communication throughout the whole process; he & Justin got everything ironed out before I even stepped onto the lot. Pickup was smooth and everything since has been great too. Would go back there 10/10 times.

2023 Kia Carnival review
15k miles so far and the Carnival has performed great. We purchased the LX model with cloth seats and without the seat package. We prefer cloth over leather. The engine is very powerful and smooth. Tons of space in all three rows. My neice who is "too cool for minivans" dropped her jaw when she saw all the space when the third row folded into the floor. She has one child now but I think I converted her to a minivan(MPV) fan! We have a 2004 Odyssey as well with 185k miles. Minivans for life! That's how we roll.

Haasz Automall review
If you’re looking for the good guys in the automotive industry, you will find them in Rick, Andy, Mike and Justin at Haasz Automall of Ravenna. These guys worked as a team and provided me with the best experience I’ve had buying a new car. I did not feel pressured at any point in my path to purchase. Rick was patient with me and worked with me for almost four months as I figured out what I wanted to do. Once I was ready to buy, all four of these guys stepped up to meet my needs so I could drive away a very happy customer. Whenever the need arises, I will be returning to Haasz Automall of Ravenna.

2015 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter review
After 40 years of driving pick-up trucks,we decided to try one of these and we are stoked. It handles great , gets great gas milege holds alot of cargo and is comfortabe to drive. We are going to give it a year and see. The salesman was Edwin Sarhad at818-400-5603. Great guy and best price in area.Would highly recommend him

I had such a great experience buying my new car! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, respected, and never pressured. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and actually enjoyable—which isn’t always something you can say about buying a car! Everyone I worked with was helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure I found the right vehicle for me. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. I absolutely love my new car and couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. They made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and exciting!

First class dealership. No pressure buying. Great service department that doesn?t try to oversell the need for services, but still does a fantastic job.!
