I've bought many new and certified vehicles in my life and I've come to learn that it is just as important to read dealership reviews as it is car reviews. I moved around the corner from Haldemann Ford in East Windsor and needed to trade in my Honda sedan for a 3 row SUV for a family member's easier access and the birth of a new grandchild. I decided on Haldemann Ford because I've owned several Ford and Mercury vehicles and had only good, reliable experiences. I decided to shop this dealership first because of their reviews and inventory, but mostly their reviews and word of mouth from a trusted coworker. I was not in a hurry to buy and shopped a lot online. When I finally decided there were a couple vehicles I wanted to check out, I went in and was routed to salesman Howard Salmon. He listened to my shopping needs and without pressure guided me to the vehicles I was interested in, let me ask questions which he patiently and truthfully answered, recommended a vehicle that met my needs and was in my desired price range but did not pressure me when I turned it down in favor of a different one of the same model that was a few thousand above my range. I did my due diligence with regard to features and pricing and without any spin or major strife, Howard got me into the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. No mind games or power play between us. Just pure honesty and his desire to help me get what I wanted and needed. Now for the part I stress over the most...dealing with the finance guy. Pleasant, no pressure and stress-free and I was able to add the bumper to bumper extended warranty and remain within my price range and finance term. The added bonus is knowing they are right around the corner when I want my car serviced. This was among the best car-buying experiences I've had in 40 years of car buying. I've had the Explorer a few months and i'm still as happy as the day I bought it.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

2022 Chrysler Voyager review
The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. He had a great deal of knowledge on the vehicle and by the end of the night I had made the decision to drive down 5.5 hrs to go pick up my vehicle. I was in the process of buying a used Ford F-150 . With no luck in shopping around with other dealers. I came across High Quality Auto and noticed a few trucks that I was interested in. So I filled out one of the forms on Sunday night and Jay called me Monday morning. I really have to say Jay is very professional and the business does no beat around the bush about their trucks. Top notch and very clean trucks which is what I was shopping for and within my price range. Other dealers I really felt the xxxxxxxxx with one I’ll never forget. I spoke with a sales rep with a truck that I was interested in. I asked certain questions and one which was that if it was in an accident. Low and behold I put the A/C on and glass just shot out of every vent possible... SMH But with High Quality Auto you can see that there’s no strings attached and they stand by their word with the quality and price of the trucks that they sell. Even though my truck is a 2010 which is what I was shopping for it runs and feels like a new truck. And back to Jay he called me 2xs just to make sure that I’m still satisfied and that the truck is running well with no problems... I highly recommend High Quailty Auto in Burlington NJ ...
