I can't recommend this seller enough. Allen is fantastic...a great person who is wonderful to deal with. Buying a car is stressful, and I had a horrible experience with another seller and deal that fell through on the seller's end. We called Rt 15, drove 2 hours to see the car (stressed to the max!) and it couldn't have gone smoother. The car looked BETTER than the pictures and his phone description of the car was accurate. It felt more like car buying 20 years ago, not the impersonal experience you find today. I was very pleased with my experience with Impex Chevrolet. I found the vehicle on line and was able to put a down payment on it also on line. I made arrangements to drive 3 hours to the dealership from my home in Virginia, and met with Marqus Brooks, the salesman handling my sale. He was very courteous and professional. He was able to explain different options available to me regarding extended warranty, and assisted in completing the sale. Since I didn’t have a trade in, I was able to put a sizable down payment and financed the balance. The truck was freshly washed, and had a full tank of gas. I appreciated doing business with them, and would do it again in the future.
