My husband and I unexpectedly bought our new VW Atlas the day we went for an oil change on our Mazda CX9. Steve was very friendly, helpful and without pressuring us. Armando was also very helpful, leaving us with a sense of great customer service.

Submitted a "Is this car still available?" inquiry through the website and got a prompt reply from the team at CAPISTRANO VOLKSWAGEN. We were contacted by Sales Consultant STEVE SMITH and we arranged a meeting. Steve was professional and informative, and enthusiastic as he personally owns two of the same model we were there see. Took good care of us throughout the visit. Service Advisor BRAD JOHNSON made the closing process clear and painless. All aspects of the dealer experience at CAPISTRANO VOLKSWAGEN was top notch professional and personable. Well done.

Chris Estrada was straightforward, knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. He explained all of the features of the car we were looking at— an ID.4 AWD Pro Plus, and answered all of our technical questions about the car, encouraging us to really try out the car’s capabilities on the test drive. He didn’t pressure us at all to consider buying, but when we wanted to look at buying it, he stayed well past closing time to get us a great deal— no hidden fees, only the state tax and DMV cost: exactly the price we saw online. Chris was very friendly and funny too, he made our first car purchase feel great.

Chris was amazing from start to finish. He made the entire car-buying experience feel easy, comfortable, and completely pressure-free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel like we were being taken care of rather than just sold a car. I absolutely love my Atlas and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thank you, Chris, for making such a big purchase feel so smooth and exciting!!!

I have a 2009 VW CC which recently had the EPC light turn on/off randomly during times of idle. I called VW Cerrritos and spoke with Spencer who explained what could be the possible causes for the light turning on. He recommended I try to replicate the problem before bringing the car in if it was safe to do so, this would prevent me from losing money if the problem didn't show up during the diagnostic. I decided to purchase an affordable OBDII reader that worked through an app on my phone and was able to retrieve a code for a camshaft sensor. I told Spencer my findings and got an appointment set up for the next day at 8am. The car was diagnosed quickly and was back to me the same day of drop off. This process included diagnosing the problem, calling the warranty service for an "OK", repairs, and waiting for the warranty to send payment after the repair was done. I'm not sure were the Camshaft sensor in my car is but that is a quick turn around considering all parties involved. I was provided with a ride home after drop off and a ride to pick up my vehicle which really made things so much more convenient. If a 6th star was possible I would just for the customer service alone. I thank you again Spencer and all the service members involved for taking care of my VW and giving me peace of mind.

I recently had a back tire blowout on the 605, as I was passing the dealership. Lucky for me, I was able to get to the dealership and Tyler had his guys put the spare on for me, with no charge. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I purchased my car here and have been getting my car serviced here for the past 5 years. Tyler and Aisleen (service reps) have always been extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about my car. They have also spent extra time working with the warranty company to make sure everything is getting covered appropriately. I know my car is in good hands when I bring it here. I can't say enough good things about this location!
