Great dealership. Worked with Charles Pithis to purchase a Golf . He was knowledgable and friendly. No high pressure sales at this dealership. Full transparency from start to finish. The services I took my car in for were a few recalls that weren't taken care of by previous dealer, alignment and other various repairs. They are very thorough with their work and the team in the offices recognize your concern and assist where it's needed. One service, I noticed a piece was a little off and they are currently in the process of replacing that piece. Thumbs up.
We had a great experience at Boston Foreign Motor...and Bobby was a very helpful salesperson. He was knowledgeable about the Audi Q5....which was important to us as we had previously only bought Mercedes. Bobby stayed true to his word and helped us get the windshield fixed, after we drove the car off the lot. Very trustworthy. I would buy another car from him.

Just finished buying my latest car at Bespoke Auto and the process couldn't have been any easier. The owners have a no-pressure approach and were extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful throughout the research, test-drive and buying process. Additionally, if you're looking for an inexpensive, reliable used car that also happens to be fun, they have a great inventory that includes many hard-to-find manual transmission models for the enthusiast buyer. Overall, a great experience at Bespoke Auto and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I drove down from Vermont to purchase a 2015 VW Beetle. The car was in showroom condition, Jonathan was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The sales process was handled quickly and I was soon headed back to Vermont. Great price!

I spent weeks trying to find a newer car with a great price. I found this place and they had just what I was looking for. My fiancé and I showed up and looked around the lot. The salesmen Arthur and Jonathan were patient and answered every question we had. It felt like we were friends for years. The buying process was a breeze and we are completely satisfied. Definitely will be going here again and telling everyone we know about Hertz Car Sales in Lynn!
I purchased a Kia Sedona which was priced well below the dealers I looked at for similar miles and exact same features and color.
Barry was my sales rep and was very helpful, knowledgeable and seemed to just want to make me happy and not sell me like some of the dealerships do.
I was happy to not get the runaround on financing. I went in with pre-approval from my credit union and Hertz did better on the interest rate than my credit union which is excellent. None of the typical "what do you want to pay per month" then you end up with a higher interest rate and longer term. None of that.
I looked at the Kia on a Thursday night, did the paperwork (they stayed after closing to get it done - most dealers will use the closing deadline to pressure you into a deal that is not right for you) and then picked up the just cleaned and gassed up van on Friday afternoon.
I will go back to them for future purchases without hesitation. The prices are right and they don't use high pressure sales tactics.
I purchased a car in cash from this dealership on a Thursday. Buying process was quick and painless and the car was a good deal. Sales rep Jonathan was helpful. My only issues with the transaction was the time it took to receive the car. There was a scratch on the hood they were paying to fix. I was told the car would be ready in 3-5 days. On Monday I called the insurance company to let them know the dealership will be handling the new plates, and ended the day with two cars on my insurance (old and new one I didn't have yet). Every day that week after Monday I was told the car would be ready the next day. I work an overnight shift and it's tough to schedule times for these sorts of things. I need to plan my days for errands during normal daylight hours. I also needed to make sure a family member or a friend is available to drive me 45 minutes to the dealership each day they said it was going to be ready. Eventually Friday hits and the body shop is closed, they still have the finished car, and they will be closed both days over the weekend. So now I have payed a week of insurance for a Car I don't have, I have cleared my schedule and inconvenienced family/friends for nearly a week of wait it may be done tomorrow.
We may have worked out a way to get the car over the weekend with a new key needing to be made. It's unfortunate that it had to come to this though. I only took a star off the overall rating for this miscommunication but if it takes any longer to receive the car I will being taking more stars off. I would also recommend anyone in a hurry to get their new car be very upfront about that need when buying the car.
This was a great experience for me. James was my salesman, he went above and beyond his job title. the dealership has great cars and doesn't try to take advantage of you. I recommend any one looking for a car to buy here.
I have been looking for a particular pre owned car for two months. Mostly big franchise new car dealers who also sell used vehicles. I was somewhat hesitant to look at vehicles from a pre owned only dealer. I had no real reason just my incorrect way of thinking. Automax of Attleboro was a pleasant surprise. Great inventory and some very fair pricing. They had the car I wanted and priced it where I needed to be and were also fair on my trade. Leo did a great job and was honest. Robert in finance is right out of central casting and got he job done for me. Very good experience and recommend them highly if you are in the market for a quality pre owned vehicle.
Arrived before my scheduled appointment. Sasha promptly set me up for a test drive even though he was working with other people. The car was great and I was out of the facility in half an hour with all the documents in my hand. Next day went back to pick up my BMW. All cars looked super clean and the transaction was simple and transparent. Loved it. Thanks
