Even though the heading on this post is "Almost" I would like to recommend this dealership with full and high regards. The staff that is in place here starting with Jae Chong, and Brian Farrell and finally Lisa Sweet are exemplary! I did not buy a vehicle from them, but not for any reason focusing on the Dealership, the staff, or the vehicle I went in looking to purchase. These folks treat you with the utmost respect, and have the customer in mind yet at the same time trying their very best to find a compromise to fit the needs of the consumer. I would highly recommend any potential buyer to be sure to look at Chambers Motor Cars of Natick at the first stop in the process. They have high quality, low mileage vehicles at reasonable prices. Requested an Oil change, installation of 4 new tires and new windshield wipers. I was disappointed with the oil change because the oil use for the change was not the standard synthetic blend 5000 mile change the vehicle came with and has been used for the last six years. It was the non synthetic oil with a 3000 mile change recommendation.
After going back and forth with the salesman, Chris Williams, about which vehicle we wanted and pricing, Chris went out of his way to obtained exactly what we wanted from another dealership and the pricing was perfect. I can honestly say I probably put Chris Williams through xxxx to find what I wanted and he came through with flying colors. I will be going back to Chris once my other lease expires to obtain another Jeep.
Tofik was excellent and I can recommend him to any of my friends. The long wait for the finance office was aggravating. You shouldn't have to wait over an hour to pay!! The dealership is clean and everyone is courteous. One big complaint, is they can not put an inspection sticker on your vehicle. So another wait at a service station for an inspection sticker.
Anthony from the sales staff was friendly and courteous, making the deals was easy both on price and to complete the paperwork. They also provided quick responses to fix any issue I had after delivery.
Excellent deal on Toyota hybrid - more competitive than other nearby dealers with similar makes and models. Friendly, personable, efficient staff. We drive off the lot a few hours after buying the car.
My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Thank you for the great customer service and respect. Well done to the whole TEAM at Bourne's!!!!
Overall everything went pretty smoothly. The price was in fair market range, which was a relief to not have to worry about haggling. I asked to have the dealership decal removed before pickup, which was not done. However, Greg brought it down to the shop and had it taken care of immediately once I pointed it out. They were extremely helpful by holding my car until after I returned from a week of travel (purchase completed beforehand, of course), which saved me a lot of potential headache before my trip. I marked 1-star off for friendliness because, on all 3 occasions I was at the dealership, there was unprofessional (either personal or internal business) discussions at the front desk. Nothing obscene, just not something I need to hear. If you need to reprimand an employee, don't do it with a queue of customers in front of them. As far as the car, everything seems to be in good working order. I have not put too many miles on it yet, but I anticipate it continuing to be a good purchase.

From the moment I reached out inquiring about a specific model jeep grand Cherokee Tim sent the pricing information over immediately and quickly set an appointment for the following morning for me. When I arrived I was met by Tim and Pablo and the Jeep was waiting for me. Pablo took care of everything from there. During the test drive he explained all the new and improved features that differed from the slightly older model Jeep I had now. Pablo made this entire process so easy as he lined up all the steps needed to be completed and offered to have the car ready to take home in the afternoon. The car was ready for pickup and Yamen helped with closing out my old lease and I was on my way. Easily the best car buying experience I have had in the 20+ years in doing this. I highly recommend this place, all around great experience!
Great experience. My Wrangler was not getting ready for inspection and after two months of research and few phone calls to Jeep they found out that my Jeep year had a extended warranty for a OBD failure from the dealer. I really wish that one phone call was more helpful because I did so many calls and read so many reviews and blogs to find out and the dealer could advice me on the first phone call. They never found the issue till I pointed the boletin service...
I???m extremely satisfied with the experience I had at Kelly Jeep because of Yamen Dallaji, he was phenomenal! This had been my third dealership that I had visited in the same day, and it was the last because of Yamen. He was compassionate and extremely knowledgeable about the 2 model Jeeps I had been interested in. I ended up choosing the Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, which I am in LOVE with! Yamen is a true professional and he made the process simple and easy; which isn???t always the case when buying a new car. If you???re in the market, I would highly recommend that you go see Yamen. He made the deal very comforting; I wasn???t hassled in the slightest bit. If he stays, then I???ll be back to deal with him again and again! He answered 100% of my questions and put my mind at ease. The day that I picked my Jeep up he spent an hour with my husband and me going over every detail and aspect of the truck so that I was fully aware of how to use everything. I will certainly be referring all family/friends to Yamen and Kelly Jeep of Lynnfield, everyone we worked with was great. Thanks again!
I have been looking for a particular pre owned car for two months. Mostly big franchise new car dealers who also sell used vehicles. I was somewhat hesitant to look at vehicles from a pre owned only dealer. I had no real reason just my incorrect way of thinking. Automax of Attleboro was a pleasant surprise. Great inventory and some very fair pricing. They had the car I wanted and priced it where I needed to be and were also fair on my trade. Leo did a great job and was honest. Robert in finance is right out of central casting and got he job done for me. Very good experience and recommend them highly if you are in the market for a quality pre owned vehicle.
