We've been buying cars from this dealership for years - four cars in total, and we keep coming back to them because of their prices and, most importantly, the service we receive during the buying process. Ash, the sales manager, is always smiling and makes us feel like we've known him for years. Hamid, the salesperson, is always respectful, understanding, and friendly. Can't say enough things about this team. Thank you Winn VW!

2021 Volkswagen ID.4 review
I had multiple problems with infotainment screen which were finally resolved with replacement at 3.5 years. Car is solid, a joy to drive ....a true tight German machine. so many nice features, handling, turning radius, quiet comfort, visabiltiy and still solid after 4 years. the software may have some needs but the car is great. I am out of warranty and kept the car. It has been dependable after replacement of the screen. The price for a new one is now too high so I purchased an extended VW warranty.

This car has delivered beyond our expectations. Recently took it on a 180 mile trip into the Rocky Mountains. We arrived with over 150 miles in reserve. It’s quiet and smooth. Highly recommend!

McKenna VW CerritosReviews
McKenna VW Cerritos review
I have a 2009 VW CC which recently had the EPC light turn on/off randomly during times of idle. I called VW Cerrritos and spoke with Spencer who explained what could be the possible causes for the light turning on. He recommended I try to replicate the problem before bringing the car in if it was safe to do so, this would prevent me from losing money if the problem didn't show up during the diagnostic. I decided to purchase an affordable OBDII reader that worked through an app on my phone and was able to retrieve a code for a camshaft sensor. I told Spencer my findings and got an appointment set up for the next day at 8am. The car was diagnosed quickly and was back to me the same day of drop off. This process included diagnosing the problem, calling the warranty service for an "OK", repairs, and waiting for the warranty to send payment after the repair was done. I'm not sure were the Camshaft sensor in my car is but that is a quick turn around considering all parties involved. I was provided with a ride home after drop off and a ride to pick up my vehicle which really made things so much more convenient. If a 6th star was possible I would just for the customer service alone. I thank you again Spencer and all the service members involved for taking care of my VW and giving me peace of mind.

Chris was amazing from start to finish. He made the entire car-buying experience feel easy, comfortable, and completely pressure-free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel like we were being taken care of rather than just sold a car. I absolutely love my Atlas and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thank you, Chris, for making such a big purchase feel so smooth and exciting!!!

Chris Estrada was straightforward, knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. He explained all of the features of the car we were looking at— an ID.4 AWD Pro Plus, and answered all of our technical questions about the car, encouraging us to really try out the car’s capabilities on the test drive. He didn’t pressure us at all to consider buying, but when we wanted to look at buying it, he stayed well past closing time to get us a great deal— no hidden fees, only the state tax and DMV cost: exactly the price we saw online. Chris was very friendly and funny too, he made our first car purchase feel great.

2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
2023 VW ID.4 PRO S. 1 year this July of 24, 16000 miles. Before the latest software update of 3.1 or 3.5 we could the full state of charge was 300 Miles. After the update, the max SOC dropped to 253. But many software problems were fix. The 12V battery is stronger than the 2021 (they were updated later). Fast charge to 80% is 35 minutes or less. I charge at home in Arizona we have solar with SUNRUN. We installed a 50amp this provides us with using WALLBOX 11kw so for example, today Apr 8, 2024. to charge at home from 18% SOC to 80% took rounding up 3 hours. Not bad. March Electicy bill was $40. No expense for fuel and money saved.

I have purchased 2011 Tiguan Used. Phenix and Carlos were extremely helpful. They've answered hundreds of questions very patiently. They have helped me to get a great deal. When the car needed some repairs within few weeks, Phenix and Pedro from the Service Dept acted very quickly. And they gave me a temporary car. There are few minor issues, however. The financing person does not explain anything unless you ask him. And he speaks very fast, so I had a very difficult time understanding him.... Also the customer service couldn't find my order. I had to wait about an hour at the shop to get it. Lastly, no one told me that my Tiguan 2011's rare bumper looks different than others, not in a good way. I wish someone had told me about it before I purchased it. It wasn't gonna change my mind, but I'd appreciated an explanation. I still don't know why it's different....

Beach Cities Toyota review
Best car buying experience I’ve had. The pricing was completely transparent, with no surprises in the whole process was quick and easy. I never felt pressured and everything was explained clearly from start to finish. I was in and out faster than expected and got a fair deal. Definitely recommend beach cities Toyota.

CarMax Fremont review
Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.
2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
We love this car! Comfortable, simple, quick. It even has a back massager on both seats! So far it has been all we could have wanted.
