This review is for the best salesman ever Chance Moore. Our sale was so smooth, calming, done with professionalism and excellene. My husband & I were the 1st to get there before they opened and to our excitement they had a Kia EV6 electric. We test drove I fell in love & bought it. Chance Moore is the salesperson to ask for he went over everything that I needed to learn about the car, even when Kia Connect was down he kept trying and I had to tell him it's okay I will come back but he would not give up trying to get me connected, I'm like I'll be back. His patience and perseverance was touching to my heart and soul; the fact he cared enough about me as a customer going beyond even having another salesman take care of me on his day off. The manager Joe Miller is TOP NOTCH, this manager don't sit behind the desk looking foolish, like he hates his job. He is approachable, professional, friendly and his smile plus positive energy. I give Southern Kia Lynnhaven- Virginia Beach 10 stars. Chance Moore, Joe Miller and the other salesman that was excited for us. 2016 Volkswagen Passat review
I am surprise after 51,596 and the heating core needs replacing? This does not seem normal, my nissian was over 180,000 miles before something happen to the heat. There has been a problem with this car from the beginning. When it was brand new (which I bought it with 16 miles?? brand new out of the show room) I had some problem with the air summer of 2016. The sales man told me to cut it Off and turn it back on. And it has been working but occasional I had to make that adjustment. I am not sure if this had anything to do with the heater coil. I talked to the service advisor and he had seen several core replacement. I was wondering if there was a RECALL. Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you

2016 Volkswagen Passat review
The turbo charged four cylinder engine is peppy and gets 24 - 37 MPG. Handling and steering is nimble giving it a sports car feel. The bucket seats are well designed making them very comfortable for long trips.

2016 Volkswagen Passat review
Bought a 2016 CPO with about 65k miles. (Never had to use the warranty). 1.8 L turbo engine has surprising low end torque and lots of highway passing HP. GREAT MPG! Lots of leg room for all passengers. A really great road trip car. Lost it in a crash @ 110k :(

My 2016 Passat SE was purchased new and has not let us down. Our only expenses have been oil changes, replacing a battery and a set of tires due to age. Very good value & driver, a shame VW stopped its production.
