Auto Merchants Inc. review
Just bought a car from Ray today, and I honestly can’t say enough fabulous things about the entire experience! Ray handled everything from start to finish, truly listened to my needs and budget, and helped me find a fabulous vehicle that was perfect for me. The whole process was smooth, easy, and stress-free, thanks to Ray. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and taken care of. If you’re looking for a vehicle, Ray is absolutely the #1 person to ask for! I highly recommend him! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

had an excellent experience with Otis and Victor at CarNeed Inc. From the beginning, they were professional, patient and straightforward with me throughout the entire process. Buying a vehicle from out of state can be stressful, especially when you’re putting a lot of trust into a dealership and can’t just walk in and inspect the car yourself. Otis and Victor went above and beyond to make sure everything we discussed was taken care of. They communicated with me, followed through on the repairs we agreed on and made sure the vehicle was ready before I made the trip. When I finally picked up the car, it was everything they told me it would be — actually, it was perfect. No surprises, no last-minute issues and no feeling like I had been given the runaround. I especially appreciate that they stood behind their word. That means a lot when you’re spending this kind of money on a vehicle. Otis and Victor — thank you both for making this a great experience. You earned my trust and my business. I would absolutely recommend CarNeed to anyone looking for a vehicle, and I’ll definitely remember you guys the next time I’m in the market. 5 stars all day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very comfortable drive, leg room for 4 big adults, lots of tech features to assist driving. Also fuel economy close to 40 mpg, and visibility is very helpful when highway is packed

2015 Volkswagen Passat review
I bought a lease turn-in and it had 31k miles. So far, this car is in mint condition and rides and drives like a dream with a 4 cylinder turbo engine and no problems so far. This is a great looking, very roomy German vehicle with style and passaze. I hope this car last for many years to come.

2017 Volkswagen Passat review
After over 78000 miles, nothing but regular maintenance. Trip from Atlanta to Ohio, 40 mpg. In town mileage 31-32 mpg. Had a 2014 and it was a great car as well. Paid $16,999 on sale in 2017 on Passat S. Best car in 55 years of driving.

2018 Volkswagen Passat review
Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.
