I had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing my 2020 Infiniti QX60 from World Volkswagen! I was dreading the car-buying process as I had terrible experiences with previous dealerships , but Robert made it completely seamless. There were zero high-pressure sales tactics. They truly listened to my needs and kept communication clear and transparent from start to finish. The final price matched exactly what we negotiated online with no surprise hidden fees. Kamal also was a joy to work with! If you want a quick, painless, and honest car-buying experience, go see Robert Bilek! I will definitely be a returning customer!

I had a great experience working with Joey at Volkswagen of Neptune. He was honest, informative, and never made me feel pressured throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my options so I could make the right decision. If you’re looking for a salesperson who is knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely wants to help, I highly recommend asking for Joey. He made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Thanks again for the excellent service!
