2022 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

2025 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I bought the SEL R-Line, which comes fully loaded with all the luxury features. My favorites are the massaging seats and customizable ambient lighting. All the materials have a quality feel to them. The car also drives very well - it's nimble for an SUV and has plenty of power. I almost bought an Audi Q5, but this new-generation Tiguan was a far better value.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

Traded my 23 Atlas SE Technology V6 for the 24 SEL R-Line premium. This SUV is fantastic, a great value, reliable and the performance of the turbo 4 engine is excellent and most impressive. Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?

2016 Volkswagen Passat review
Bought a 2016 CPO with about 65k miles. (Never had to use the warranty). 1.8 L turbo engine has surprising low end torque and lots of highway passing HP. GREAT MPG! Lots of leg room for all passengers. A really great road trip car. Lost it in a crash @ 110k :(

2023 Volkswagen Taos review
Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

2020 Volkswagen Jetta review
I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We visited another Toyota dealership in Orlando and encountered just that. They had the exact car that I was looking for but I wasn’t comfortable with the high pressure atmosphere. We left and ventured to Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and were very blessed to meet Jack. He was kind, funny-which I desperately needed as the car purchase was not desired rather due to an accident, and most importantly he came off as being very honest and acted with integrity which was far different from the last encounter. Some hold the belief that purchases are a result of the salesperson and not the product. True. True. True. I truthfully preferred the car at the Orlando dearlership, a Prius C (smaller version and easier to park for me) versus the traditional Prius available at Jack’s location. Jack himself had everything to do with my decision. My parents were visiting from Colorado and we just connected with him. I truly view him as a friend and give him my highest recommendation. I recently purchased a Pre Owned vehicle from Nick Nichols Ford and had been very pleased with my purchase. I had only been able to drive it in local traffic rarely exceeding 45 mph. I had to make a trip to Tampa and once on I-75 I was at highway speed for the first time since having the vehicle. Due to a sudden traffic situation in front of me I had to hit my brakes hard , when I did I instantly noticed a shimmy in the steering wheel. I was able to make contact with Mr. Mark Anderson , Service Dept manager, and he advised me to bring it in and ask for him directly Mr.Anderson had the vehicle front brakes checked and it was found that the front rotors were worn , he then authorized the mechanic to replace the rotors. This was done at no charge to me. This action by Mr. Anderson made me a from now on Nick Nichols loyal customer Thank you Mr. Anderson for all that you did. Rudy Salazar

2025 Volkswagen Taos review
I like the white and black combo. I like that it's not too big and is AWD. Still getting use to the technology. I can start and lock the doors from my phone. It notifies me if I left a window or the sunroof open. Will not go far if the trunk door is not completely shut. This is my 1st suv, I like sitting up higher than in a sedan.

2025 Volkswagen Taos review
I bought a 2022 Taos and drove it for 3 1/2 years. I liked the car so much that I bought a 2025 Taos. My wife is now driving the 2022 and I am driving the 2025. Both cars are pure joy to sit in and to drive. The interior and legroom are spacious. The only negatives are the VW does not offer a power, passenger seat and a power hatch closer. Other than that, it is the perfect vehicle for us.

2012 Volkswagen Passat review
We bought our 2012 VW Passat brand new and now it only has 80,000 miles on it. It has only needed tires, battery, and regular maintenance. Equipped with the five-cylinder engine it could use more power but has not used a drop of oil since we have owned it.

I wanted to pay cash for the car, but they talked me into financing by saying no interest would be charged if I paid it off as soon as I got the statement. Well I got the statement on 4/17/26. I called Fifth Third bank on that same day to initiate payoff. The processed the pay off but I was charged almost $400 interest because the interest starts accruing the day the loan is approved. I was upset about this because I was told no interest would be charged. Warning to others who intend to pay cash for your vehicle. Don?t let them talk you into financing!!!

Such a great overall car. 2.0 turbo, almost beat a sedan BMW in a race..LOL. Very very comfortable, They have ACTUAL HVAC, into the back 3RD row so they aren't always hot or cold. They are very quiet inside or driving around. Smooth like a Lexus. Recommend now my whole family has a ATLAS

2016 Volkswagen e-Golf review
2016 e-Golf SEL bought use 2yr old for 16K with 28k mi. Now 10/2023 with 63k miles. Two tires an a bunch of wipers. Fun, handles well, cheap charging costs (4.2/kWh), 5.3 mi/kWh, practical layout. No updating the navigation, not the best visibility but great backup camera. Not thrilled about the defrost wires in the windshield but it is fast. One foot driving is great! Like a poor man's Model 3.
