Group 1 Toyota Rivertown review
I had an appointment at 8:30 am. I arrived at 8:00 am for a tire rotation. I left at 10:30 am. My representative said that another car took my spot and that my vehicle and paperwork were missing. I have been very patient for my last two services, but this has to cease. My time is valuable like everyone else's.But when you sit there for hours and receive this kind of excuse, something has to change.

A friend had referred Jack Goodner for me to go see and hopefully find a car. Unfortunately I was looking for some very specific things on my car, and they did not have but I would definitely recommend Jack to any of my friends and I would go back to see him in the future. He was very patient and never made me feel rushed. I think he would've let me test drive 10 cars if I had wanted to.
2017 Volkswagen Passat review
After over 78000 miles, nothing but regular maintenance. Trip from Atlanta to Ohio, 40 mpg. In town mileage 31-32 mpg. Had a 2014 and it was a great car as well. Paid $16,999 on sale in 2017 on Passat S. Best car in 55 years of driving.

The team at ALM Newnan is awesome. Shortly after purchasing a truck from them, I experienced a mechanical failure. Without any hesitation, they began working to make the necessary repairs and resolve the issue. VJ, Jay Jenkins, and Joel form the service department maintained consistent communication with me throughout the entire ordeal and turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive outcome. Very thankful for the integrity of this group.

I’m totally impressed with this engine in performance and reliability. The performance is legendary and I did not expect this in a mid sized vehicle. The economic benefits are also a valid reason I purchased this vehicle.
