Very good and no pressure experience. My only complaint would be that the car could have been detailed better. It was dirty inside in several places and the rubber mats had not been cleaned.

I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase of my 3rd Volvo, a new XC40, from Volvo of Lisle!! For a second time (after 15 years of owning my last S60), Bob Makowka helped me pick the right car for my needs. He explained & made sure I understood the various features of each model so I could make the perfect for me selection. He then explained the new features on my new car so I felt comfortable on my first drive home. And he follows up promptly with answers to questions I thought of afterwards. Finance Manager Howar Ruiz took the pain out of all the paperwork (finance and title transfer) everything was well organized & easy to understand each step of the process. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the service department where I usually deal with John Korallus for top notch service. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. I drove from ND to buy a Volvo at another dealership in the Mpls area the day I bought from Kline. A poor experience at the other dealership sent me to Kline. Sales staff was awesome and I felt like Jeremy my sales rep was working for me to get me the best deal. Sales manager was great as well. It was a great experience all around. I would suggest Kline to anyone looking for a Volvo. I love my new Volvo btw.
