We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
Jeff and his team are the besr to work with! Always customer needs and lifestyle in the forefront. They always make sure the vehicle is Perfect. I wouldn???t even consider buying one of my most important and expensive possessions from anybody else. I trust him implicitly.
Angela is a genuinely nice, knowledgeable salesperson. She took great care of us and was professional through out the whole process. This is our third car from Sill Terhar Ford and we have been treated very well each time.

I purchased a used vehicle with an as-is condition status. The service engine light came on three days after purchase. I contacted the dealership and they made a good will one-time exception and fixed the problem. First class!
I've been raving about Walter for years and feel as if I'm repeating myself. Walter is absolutely the reason I continue to be a devoted Volvo customer, and specifically a Rickenbaugh Volvo customer. Seeing Walter is like seeing an old friend. I know he's going to take care of me. He'll make sure that I understand what is going to be done for my car. He answers questions I have completely. He's thorough, polite, courteous and just plain nice! I've referred a neighbor (McDonald Volvo former customer) to Rickenbaugh and Walter. Walter knows that I have to drive back to Vail whether rain, snow or sunshine and tries to get me back on the road before peak traffic too.
