We just bought a car from Drive Direct in Columbus, Ohio on Morse Rd. It was a great experience. We worked with Johnny Faulkner, a very knowledgeable and nice person who went out of his way for us. All was quick and easy and we are very happy with our purchase that was at a great price. No one can beat their prices. Johnny even filled up the car with gas before we drove off the lot with our nice subaru legacy. Oh, and he also gave us a give card for two free oil changes with Toyota Direct. So cool. 2020 Volvo XC40 T5 Momentum review
One of my favorites
A great car. It checked most of the boxes that I had when looking for cars at the time. I ponied up for the Polestar software upgrade and wow did that make a difference. A few reviews had said that the car was underpowered. Not any more. There are some great details and some strange ones too, but overall it's one of my favorite vehicles. Like any car these days, there are a few niggling things that Vovo can't seem to fix. The hood doesn't seem to fit correctly no matter what Vovo did. It "bangs" when you lean against it (cleaning the windscreen, etc) and when the car is jolted (potholes, etc). No amount of work seems to properly address the issue. It's 2.5 years and I've been through a set (2) batteries (main and stop/start). It is now giving me the feeling that the main battery is failing again. The stop/start has not worked consistently since I got the car. Vovo tells me I don't drive it enough to keep the battery charged. Well, I do 5 to 6K a year and if that's not enough they should say so up front. Seems to me that there is something up (or down) with the charging system. Again, I'm impressed.
