Evelyn the tech guru was so kind and patient. Alton was very personable he took his time and was very patient keeping us involved in the process. We are satisfied to purchase another Volvo from University Volvo. We wish they could have extended a little better offer since we have purchased numerous cars from them.

Had flat tire from a screw in brand new car at about 11 pm. New cars do not have spare tires and AAA man had never fixed a tire using Volvo system. I called one of owners (using number he had given me) who explained to us how punctured tire could be fixed so I could get home. It worked because owner went out of way to help me late at night.

CarMax Roswell review
My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

Volvo Cars of Winston Salem review
Bill was very nice and informed me on my 60,000 mile service which was done in a timely manner. I appreciate the military discount very much. It's always nice talking to a fellow soldier (ARMY). Vanessa scheduled the appointment for me and provided me with a loaner that I am very thankful for. She is wonderful to work with. Dallas always keeps me laughing and I still appreciate everything you done when I bought my XC90 T6 Inscription in May 2023 with you being the salesperson.

I purchased a car from Josiah. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was great to work with and would recommend any wanting to buy a Volvo to ask for him and visit Volvo in Winston Salem. I also worked with Jason on finishing up the final sales. He as well was awesome and great to work with.

Davon is the salesman to go and see! He doesn’t pressure but more so encourages a sensible resolution. He got me into a XC40 and traded in my s60. Just a better lifestyle fit for me right now! Go see him. He will make sure to take care of you!

Volvo Cars of Winston Salem review
My first Volvo S60 at this dealership in 2001. I bought my second Volvo from Chris Sellers in 2021. That’s how great Volvos are. I was recently at the dealership to get my annual Maintenance. The service staff listen to my request and did a great job for me. I even met the owner for the first time. Great experience!
