This review is for Carrie Burrill. My wife and I just purchased a 2026 XC 40. The experience was outstanding with a very smooth process that was professional, detail oriented and thorough. I have purchased many cars over the years and typically have to spend countless hours going back and forth with the salesperson, salesmanager and even the GM. This time, it was just Carrie (she is sales and managment) and she was fair, honest and willing to meet me at a point that allowed both the dealership and myself to earn a solid transaction. No games, or creative spins, but rather just putting it together and making it work, quickly and easily. We picked up the car two days later, and everything went smooth. The delivery was perfect and Carrie even ensured that the app was installed on both our phones and working perfectly so we did not have to do anything other than enjoy driving the car home. If you want to buy a car without all the challenges of old school car sales, this dealership ran itself flawlessly and Carrie was the driving force. Nu Car in Tilton wouldn't honor their posted price on Auto Trader and no mention of the dealer incentive, just their version of MSRP.

I have had three great experiences at Patrick Volvo: two leases and a purchase. Each experience was a little complex (the car I wanted banged into the tariff mess), and each was handled with professionalism and care. Chris Duggan made all the financing effortless and clear, giving me options and opinions with no pressure whatsoever. (I don't respond well to pressure!). And Jake Fredrickson was terrific on both the lease and the sale--again, no pressure, just listening to what I wanted and helping me find it reasonably. He even checks in to see how I'm liking my purchase, and offers help with the bits that are on a learning curve! I know from having a lease from them for a couple of years that their service department is also outstanding. I hope to keep my new car till it falls apart, but I would go back to Jake and Chris in a heartbeat, and recommend them with no reservations at all.
