Since it was two tires going flat continuously, even though a tire place kept putting air in without results. Volvo picked up the care and Brad did everything in a timely manner. result: Two new tires, plus all four hubcaps refinished (which I had badly damaged when parking at the curb). Brad had all this done in a calm and perfect manner. (Even the final invoice was acceptable, considering work done plus two new tires. ( Vera)

She recommended confirming the actual problem before ordering a part, which likely saved us unnecessary time and cost.
