We got a great deal and the staff were very helpful and respectful. We negotiated a price online and there were no hidden fees or add-ons when we came to buy. We paid what they told us the price would be.

CarMax Costa MesaReviews
CarMax Costa Mesa review
I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

Our experience from the very first phone call to the delivery of our vehicle has been nothing short of amazing! We have purchased numerous cars over the years from many dealerships. This is the first time that we've actually been happy with the process. Jesse and the whole team at MV Volvo have definitely earned our future business. I wish other dealerships could be more like them.

Volvo Cars Escondido review
Danny Costido was our salesperson and he really made the car buying process very transparent and smooth. We really appreciate him working with us for our concerns and showing us all the ins and outs of our XC90.
2023 Volvo XC90 review
Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

Penske Volvo CarsReviews
Penske Volvo Cars review
We had a list of Volvo XC60s we planned to look at across several dealerships, and Penske Volvo was our very first stop. We never made it to the others because there was no reason to. From the moment we met Patrick, he made us feel comfortable. Buying a car is usually something I dread, I've always found the process stressful and overwhelming, but Patrick completely changed that experience for us. He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, patient, and never made us feel pressured. It truly felt like he wanted to help us find the right car, not just make a sale. Thanks to Patrick, we drove away with an amazing Volvo XC60, a fantastic deal, and complete confidence in our purchase. I honestly can't say enough good things about him or the team at Penske Volvo. If you're looking for a vehicle and want to work with someone who genuinely cares, ask for Patrick Reed. We are so grateful for the experience and would happily buy another car from him again.
