Had an pleasant interaction with the sales staff. At first by email and phone. Then visited at due to random chance. The sales person i spoke to was really pleasant, not pushy. However the dealership, like many other, tacked on additional fees which should be part of the cost of business and not added to the customer as 'additional fees'. I didnt purchase because at the time i wasn't ready, so i didnt get to negotiate etc, however the added fees are discouraging.

Their excellence in the acquisition of a vehicle, knowledge of its components, courtesy, and most of all politeness to make every aspect of your purchase or lease very desirable. You will never regret doing business with this company. Jack Fletcher the principle, along with Chris Bruno the general manager, Bill Massa, formally salesperson now manager, and Ian Welger, sales professional, are the best you will find in the automobile industry. It is no wonder that he is the number one Volvo /Polestar dealership in the country.
